I had hit a wall at Diamond 5 with the Pharoah Hunter I'd been climbing with. This baby got me to legend yesterday in like an hour. I swapped out Enhance-o-Mechano for the 4/4 transform faceless Rush guy because I didn't own it, worked great.
I normally only need one of him. So he is mostly extra discard fodder till I have a Jinx. Then he is a must have. Oh and I do want some advice to make it better. So thanks.
Just a little meta update, we are seeing 5 Targon decks enter into Swims Tier list, and it's literally been 2 days. As people find new tech and ideas I expect that number to go up to 6 or 7 possible.
The region is just too efficient not to play as of right now.
Not sure if you were soliciting feedback or not, but in case you were: the 3x Augmented Experimenter seems a bit much to me -- I know the redraw is nice, but he's fairly expensive for such an expensive deck and most Jinx decklists I've seen cut him entirely. Consider reducing to 1x or 2x and adding Hush in its place -- it can be such a clutch card!
None of the nerfs you suggested is actually neccessary atm (nor are they good anyway imo, except possibly that of the Reader).
PS: even with just the stats you reported, there's no need for a nerf: anything below 60% is perfectly fine, especially in a yet dynamic meta.
PPS: bare Sinister Strike is a BAD card, and decks that regularly die at some unbuffed Sinister Strike are BAD decks, that absolutely need to be refined. There are no excuses for that.
Heh, finally found someonee who thought the same about combining Leona with Lucian, tho I think Solari Priestess is too slow, but the rest is fine. I personally prefer to add cards like Radiant Guardian, Vanguard Redeemer and 1x Hush.
When opening packs on desktop I find it a slightly frustrating user experience to always have to scroll back down again to open my next pack because the page refresh means I usually have only the tops of the cards visible.
It would be nice if the 'Open Another <expansion> Pack' either loaded only the card pack fragment or if it 'auto scrolled' back down to the card backs on page refresh.
Context - We're three weeks into the Scholomance Acadamey Expansion. Kael'thas Sunstrider, who was broken before Day 1, has been fixed, but no other nerfs for Standard have been introduced (Mindrender Illucia was mostly for Wild).
HSReplay has the Tier 1 decks as Libram Paladin (58.1%), Face Hunter (57.4%), Stealth Rogue (57.2%), and Aggro Demon Hunter (55.9%).
My suggested nerfs:
Libram of Wisdom - Change the cost from 2-mana to 3-mana. This wouldn't affect the end-game power of the card or of Lady Liadrin, but would make for a much fairer early-game and mid-game. At first I speculated on changing stats or discounts of Aldor Attendant or Aldor Truthseeker, but their stats and effects are generally balanced for the other Librams. You want wisdom? You need to study harder and longer first.
Voracious Reader - Change the cost from 2-mana to 3-mana. There's nothing to over-think here. Make the card slower. Make it harder for a player to empty their hand on the same turn they play this. Make it come down later when the opponent can more easily deal with it. We all knew this card was too good as printed, and it's overdue for a nerf.
Secret Passage - Change "Replace your hand with 5 cards from your deck" to "3 cards." The Soularium was an excellent legendary spell. This draws more, is more consistent, and has no down-side. It's barely RNG to use this card to search for a game-winning Eviscerate or Sinister Strike. Making this change won't alter a single deck-list in current Rogue decks, but would hopefully shave a few tenths of a percent off their win-rate.
I'm dead serious .. I got hella lucky.. char choice plus picks... This took massive consideration , insane patience, and hella fast picks. . The amount of tokens and the perfect picks with the char had me moving at Goku speed. All jokes aside I felt like I was playing chess in central park.... >_> ... All said and done I fought the last battle 4 times .. he was supered up on Demons .. he changed tactics every battle... We were last two and Pretty much at full health... I wasnt expecting him to adapt... Every round.. it was interesting.. that last round after Macaw and Boravine have everyone pretty much 50/50 + my mechs go off Flawless both are magnet with max bombs... Like I said GOKU.. I BROKE HIS SCOUTER.... AND THEN.. I HAVE TO FIGHT KELTH..... I won he didn't quit... Machine gun kelly didn't stand a chance either. It was bombs everywhere..

You need a fairly robust set of evidence to get noticed by the crowd, never mind blizz itself. Just be mindful that a typical day for customer support involves plenty of duds, and they don't need people screaming in their ear about any form of perceived injustices.
Get a ticket off customer support. If they're not helping then place down all your evidence on reddit and wait for the fireworks. Rest assured there's plenty of people out there who would gladly take blizz up to task on anything even remotely unfair.
Provided you've a good deal (and I do mean really really good) of evidence in your hands. I think you can tell what would happen if you display a round of toss in reddit and scream for justice.
I know that. And i know they can ban anyone for any reason or no reason.
I know how pitty timer works and there was bug, also there was other bugs where i lost arena cause game freezes, i got duplicate epic after this protection patch etc. They just didnt want to talk to me. When i ask anything i just get copy paste some rule you can read on site.
Im just wandering where is logic there? If you are bothered by my question and you dont want to answer it cause you cant without lying, why dont you ban me from asking? How can you ban me from playing game? How is that related?
given that the progress is pretty fast in general i would not say that the system needs to be changed. We are 3 days into the expansion and i am already level 20 in targon what is easyly doable if you play some expansions. I know many players dont play expansions but even then... you should be around level 8 at least already with a decent card pool available for being just 2 days into the expansion. After 1 week you should have access to every deck you want to play even if you started from 0 and if that is not generous enough for you... well then you should go play dota :)
Are you posting this from the future? We're not three days into the expansion - we're not even two days into the expansion. It went live around 1pm EDT on Wednesday, so we'll be two days into it around 1pm EDT today.
I don't know how much you play in a given day, but getting to level 20 in Targon in three days is not a realistic goal for most players. If you assume around 3600 XP a day (which is not too hard to do if you're playing your daily quests and XP farming), then you're still only getting to level 20 after about 11 days. I agree that getting to level 8 is much more reasonable in the couple of days, but that's not going to get you enough cards to make a deck. Not accounting for the shards you get (which are semi-random values), getting to level 8 should get you 27 cards in a given region, only one of which is guaranteed to be a champion.
Perhaps most importantly, though, completing a region's reward road doesn't mean you have all the cards for that region. It may still require several weeks of vault openings to get what you need to have that level of completion. That doesn't mean you can't start playing fun new decks before that point, but I wouldn't describe that as "access to every deck you want to play"
You just play LoR and you are given one champion and one wild card every week. Also at this time shards are accumulating. In HS you don't get a legendary for free every week. I don’t know why you spend 1/4 shards for a champion. I don't play a lot, but it will take 1/9 of the shards to craft champion. And that's not counting the wild cards. Why don't you count them? I don’t understand what you don’t like. Both games have their own advantages. LoR is more F2P than HS in my opinion. But they also need to make money.
I agree that in general, LoR is way more F2P friendly than other games. But I think GerritDeMan really hit the nail on the head here. On day 1, when you haven't had time to rack up rewards and get new champions, etc., it's hard to feel confident in how to spend your limited resources. You want to build decks you're sure that you'll enjoy, and ideally you'd like to build a deck that's at least a bit competitively viable. And while the game is very F2P friendly, and it won't be hard to rack up all the cards if you play regularly, it still weakens the impact of that day 1 launch.
Regarding your questions about the fractions, I'm not referring to my personal pool of shards. Here's what I mean: when you get a champion card that you already have three of (assuming you have all champions), you get 750 shards. When you get an epic card that you already have three of, you get 250 shards (and a rare gives you 60, and a common gives you 15). These shards are far lower value required to craft new cards. Yes, you can get wildcards, but that's hard to account for since it's semi-random, so I'm just using shard values to determine crafting. That's admittedly a worst-case scenario, but without knowledge of exactly the odds of wildcard upgrades, it's hard to judge in any other way.
I hear your difficulty, but the fact is that anyone who has been playing the game consistently over the last two months has a ton of wildcards and shards lying around unused. I play less than 10 games a day, and I have about 150 wildcards and over 40k shards, plus owning the vast majority of cards before this expansion, all with only a total of 3 casual months playing daily, but not aggressively.
If you haven't been playing much before this ... all I can say is that I have no idea why you would be expecting to get cards easily.
And let's be completely serious here - the free cards that Blizzard throws at you when an expansion releases do almost literally nothing to help you build a deck, unless you are absurdly lucky.
I'm fine with R posting the next riddle, I don't mind waiting till tomorrow. The riddle and the guess about Sergeant Sally shouldn't count since DestroyerR's round had not been officially finished then.

Celestials - Is It Too Strong?
With these types of posts I like to phrase things as a question, without pretending to have all the answers.
Discover was largely considered to be an overpowered r and g heavy style of card design in Hearthstones history.
We are seeing Legends fall into a similar category, where for the cost of playing an understated 3 drop you get an overstated whatever you want.
This means amazing removal, top tier creatures, and even niche answers like stuns and silences.
Then you can conceivable invoke as many times as you want after that.
Grinding the opponent down with card advantage and superior plays.
So far we are seeing Targon outperform in every list.
How does deep for instance beat out dragon boy
You can even cheat this out early with ramp or Thresh.
It's like an invincible Karma on steroids.
Let me know how you guys have been finding the invoke mechanic overall.
Take care
