What would have made this pricepoint somewhat justifiable for me is if it would be a neutral skin that also has some modifications depending on the class its being used with (like making him yellow when used as paladin, Ragnaros Lightlord style)
I can't help myself feeling like this is the beginning of the end. There's a very big increase in expensive cosmetics this year and while I really enjoy some of them (I've spent more €€ in 2024 already than any other year before), that does smell like a last desperate cash grab before the game dies. A game that I personally really like is Stellaris. I used to play Master of Orion 2 a lot and Stellaris delivers a more complex and refined version of that. It's not a 1:1 replacement though. Stellaris plays quite slow; expect one game to take a week rather than an afternoon. And MoO has a stronger personality, in the sense that the alien races are clear archetypes. Stellaris does have some lore, but is more subtle and spread out among a lot of randomly generated stuff. This does make Stellaris more varied in subsequent games, but not as immediately gripping.
I was thinking of picking up X4, as I really enjoyed watching Perun play it.

So... I got fired on September 2nd so...
Now that I have time to play I am finally finishing Horizon Zero Dawn, and will probably follow up with Age of Mythology Retold and Stray.
Will try to get The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom but I will have to take a loot at my savings by the end of the month before making a desicion.
Will probably get into Banner Saga 2 and Untitled Goose Game too if I have the time before God of War Ragnarok launches.
Finally I will probably keep going with my Love Hate relationship with Payday 3 as DLC4 is coming out in 12 days and I already have the Gold Edition.
(Mostly Backlog and Prepurchased stuff I have been looking forward to for a long time.)
