That's because there are two types: voluntary updates and "forced" updates. The first you can go to for on your mobile storefront and download/upgrade as soon as it's available (lately after an hour). The second takes several hours before the storefront fully makes it so that the game prompts/forces you to download on mobile as soon as you try to log in.

This time around it also looks like they ran into some issue with the latter. If you're on Android 12+, it might be advised NOT to update just yet!

Hmm, early? I don't believe the Tavern Pass levels for the XP perks have changed even slightly. Unless you mean something else. 

For me the featured Legendaries (and Epics) on the Rewards Track might actually be more of a reason to just skip it and look at other options. Some of the Hero skins might be more appealing than most of the actual cards.

Giving the xp boost early certainly makes the investment more worthwhile, but the best news is certainly the dupe protection for those golden epics, which has been a scourge in my life ever since barrens.

Interestingly Lady Deathwhisper is being given off in the paid rewards track. Being one of three legendaries in the path of arthas set (and in my opinion the only one worth getting) there may be an argument to just skip the path of arthas set and get the paid rewards track. Just craft the commons and rares where needed.

One thing I really appreciate about Hearthstone is that Team 5 is willing to change what is established. I imagine half the people here would be huge Yugioh fans if Konami actually formatted their cards.

As someone who only gets the tavern pass and nothing else. I really am not a fan of Mercs skins or Signature cards.

I feel like Signature cards are more there to flex to other players. Which...I rather do with my homebrews 😅

And I'm in no way discrediting their art dept, but the signature card seem like a downgrade to Golden cards.

Why does the game hate you for Iceman being your last card? He's not exactly a top notch staple in ... like ... any deck that I know of.
