  • Tempo Silence Priest - Wild Hearthstone Full Deck & Guide on the Wildest of Wednesdays

This deck is so fun to play (and I usually don't play Priest).  Been having fun with it in casual.  Thank Swizard!

  • Three New Demon Hunter Cards, Including a Legendary, Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by Geek Culture

These are mostly bad, and that feels bad.

Outcast in Standard has been deliberately held back from being synergetic with anything except Outcast, which makes for a shockingly weak mechanic. The main issue is Fel. DH's only win conditions in Standard are aggro and either lategame Fel or Daddy D. There are decks that cheese out big minions, but Big Priest does it better and Big Priest isn't that great in Standard.

The only Outcast cards with Fel are generally terrible with Jayce -- they don't punch the opponent's face -- which means that Outcast has nothing to offer a lategame DH. That leaves aggro -- but aggro is probably better off relying on its native cards. If your opponent isn't playing minions worth noticing and you're playing aggro, generating Chaos Leech and Eye Beam isn't going to feel fun.

These could be fun in Wild, though.

  • New Warrior Spell - Last Stand

Future buff target, ho! There is no reason this needs to cost 4 in my opinion.

  • Three New Warrior Cards Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by Inven Global

    Quote From AngryShuckie

As for the flood of recent hand disruption, what really sucks with it is that the biggest losers are off-meta/meme decks. It can be tough enough to pull off shenanigans to begin with, and it only gets tougher with everyone having ways to delete your key cards before you get to use them.

And this just snowballs the problem.

You simply can't make off-meta or jank decks because you'll be suppressed and/or deleted before you can have any fun. So that homogenizes the deck pool which then further justifies the most reliable cards in that pool. You're never going to see any weird crap that throws your play-pattern off because that crap instadies against all decks that aren't your deck.

This makes the strongest, most reliable cards stronger and more reliable.

At which Blizz responds, responding to the problem they just created, by creating more generic-non-interactive answers, which tightens the card base further.

This is why tempo and value are basically the same thing now and why we've gone from Discovers being excessive to cheap card generation being beneath mention. (That generation, by the way, is why mediocre spells are even worse: discovery mitigates some of the opportunity cost of not putting a spell in your deck by giving you the chance to find it in play.)

And from what I can tell, no one is asking for this.

  • New Warrior Spell - Last Stand

To be fair doubling of a minion's baselines stats can be quite good. Draw a Mor'shan Elite with this card, it could be 2 8/8 taunts for little mana. The only downside would be that taunt warrior is worse than enrage warrior in standard and warrior remains dumpster tier for the rest of the year.

  • New Neutral Minion - Bone Flinger

Not a bad undead and could see play in an aggro undead druid? Maybe? Will probably be better in arena though.

  • New Neutral Minion - Bone Flinger

Late, yes, but the card looks pretty damn good!

  • New Neutral Minion - Bone Flinger

Oh look, the boy actually made it in! If a bit late that is.

  • New Warrior Minion - Disruptive Spellbreaker

Friendly remainder that Drakkari Enchanterbelong to standard currently.

Managing to trigger that guy twice might induce severe RAGE! :D

    Meme aside :

I like it more than asvedon on the ground that you can at least play that guy proactively whenever opponent's spell are scarce. And broadly speaking, I find ressource-denying way more powerful than ressource-copying.

It's an okay card. Desirable, but not a must-include.

I'm a bit worried that it might be the "one-too-much" Hand disruptive card. Dev's really need to stop administering so much of those "coping-mechanism"-treatment card; and think about actual solution for the true underlying problems : powercreep & lack of interactivity.

Originally they were going to give DH another resource, Fury. Since they gave DKs another resource I'd be open to retroactively adding it.

I've long dreamed of "reaction" spell card. Basically, secret card without the concealed part.

That way, you preserve secret-able class identity, while allowing all class to interact with opponent's turn.

In this instance, they may have made it a reaction card "Counter opponent's next spell."

  • New Warrior Minion - Asvedon, the Grandshield

I'm sorry but this a 2 star legendary at best. And with warrior being in the dumpster tier since Sunken City, this looks even worse. I doubt there will ever be a meta where you would want to cast the last spell your opponent played. It's like a worse Vanessa VanCleef

  • New Neutral Minion - Bonelord Frostwhisper

    Quote From Horus

Speaking of Majordomo Executus, do you think playing him afterward would reset/cancel your (3) turn clock?

If it does then that would probably mean playing any hero card would cancel your death timer and I doubt Blizzard would let that fly but who knows!

  • New Warrior Minion - Asvedon, the Grandshield

In my experience, expecting the opponent to play a spell is a bad bet in Hearthstone; moreso in wild.

There's some list that simply won't run any.

There's some list that will cast only one or two, as a finisher, so you will never get to copy it.

Even if they cast something, warrior is not priest or rogue thief, you can't expect nearly as much synergy out of that spell than your opponent will get.

The dev' probably expects that card to enable clever battles of the mind (probably in conjunction with Disruptive Spellbreaker). But it won't. Hearthstone is not suited for that kind of card. 99% of the time, the best way to deal with Asvedon will be to ignore it.

It feels like they had something crazy in mind at first, like "counter your opponent next spell. Add a copy of it to your hand that cost (0)". But relented while testing it.

That card will be better in Standard than in Wild; and it's not a good sign.

  • Blizzard Shares More Insights on Death Knight's Class Design in March of the Lich King & Associated Hearthstone Sets

I'd guess possibly not, since they didn't seem to try to go out of their way to balance all Rune cards equally between the upcoming sets. And with the Mini-Sets they already gave certain classes more Legendaries than others. Then again, can't presume too much as it is indeed a new territory with those deckbuilding restrictions.

  • New Warrior Minion - Asvedon, the Grandshield

Obviously dependent on the meta running juicy spells, but other than this Asvendon looks pretty dope

  • New Warrior Spell - Last Stand

4 mana draw 1 card - unless the other 5 Warrior cards are mind-blowing, I don't see how this can be printed in 2022.

  • Three New Demon Hunter Cards, Including a Legendary, Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by Geek Culture

Hard for me to get excited about Outcast synergies when it is singularly the most narrow class mechanic in Hearthstone, dedicated solely to aggro. They really should have thought DH's design through a lot more cause it feels like it's just floating in the middle of nowhere, stepping on so much design space of other classes while not doing particularly well in any of it.

  • New Warrior Minion - Asvedon, the Grandshield

Not only does the card look fun but I think this is one of my favorite named cards. Don't remember him from WoW but he sounds like a badass.

  • New Warrior Spell - Last Stand

Probably how this card will go without a taunt that cares about its stats upon being played. Even then handbuff will still be better.

  • New Demon Hunter Minion - Felerin, the Forgotten

This won't push the archetype to busted levels at all but good lord that's a some good sweet value in one card, I can see this being played in decks outside Outcast as just a good card.

  • Three New Warrior Cards Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by Inven Global

Maybe I am missing something, but Last Stand seems completely unplayable to me, especially in a format with Lor'themar Theron.

4 mana tutor 1 card is simply too much.

  • Three New Demon Hunter Cards, Including a Legendary, Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by Geek Culture

Now all we need is actual Outcast cards to play
