The first legendary of the new set I actually get a little excited about. As several people already mentioned in the news post, this will be great with deathrattle minions like cairne or eggs. Nice card!
What is the point of the Dreampetal Florist in this deck? For the combo there is no minion it needs to necessarily hit, and I think you're better off just playing a strong minion in its stead in every scenario you might play it. Also, the Witchwood Grizzly package definitely seems inconsistent. You might make it better by including Amani War Bear, but I still feel you might be better off replacing it by a better draw engine to get to your combo. I also feel the Token shell with Dreamway Guardians and Power of the Wild is simply too small, I would either increase it to create a strong earlygame or remove it entirely. I thought up a similar deck to yours, and I feel both versions might be improved by taking some ideas from eachother:
Nice one ! like i always say, play the game to have fun! If you're not enjoying it or even get stressed ouf by it just take a break/cool off - play other stuff etc.
If things aren't going well (lossing streak etc) i just take a break and try again later on.
I'm not sure but i think the Overkill will not work this way. As far as i know the Overkill only triggers if you would attack a Minion with the Linecracker and kill it and not if it get´s attacked. At least it works this way with the 5/3 Pirate that has Overkill:Draw two cards.
And also i think the Linecracker in this kind of deck would be somekind of Overkill (sorry for the Wordplay).
I think duplicating maly, floop and moonfires should be enough :)
~900 gold, 2000 dust. I can't keep up with both adventure and expansion as f2p, I just hope Warlock isn't in the last fucking wing again if they lock the playable classes again. Maybe I can skip this adventure and actually feel like I have resources saved up by the end of the year.
The video does indeed show two unrevealed Reborn cards, 1/2 and 2/5 Taunt (the latter seems to be on the reveal schedule). No card names or anything though.
Remember Prince Keleseth? You know, the 2 mana build around card that ran wild in standard for a year? This card gives me Keleseth vibes. Because it is also a one-off 2 mana card on a gimmick deck that gains a huge advantage if played early.
Now, I'm not saying this card is Keleseth levels of broken. Even Prince Keleseth himself took a while (and saw nerfs to other decks) to become relevant. But, when you consider this card and add it to Highlander's inconsistency issues, this becomes a bonafide highroll card on a highroll deck. And I'm not a fan of that.
IIRC, for most of it's existence, Keleseth wasn't something you could tutor. Nor was it something you wanted to tutor because playing it after about turn 4 was usually not worthwhile.
This however, is able to be tutored by 3 cards (Tastyfin, Piper, Call to Arms), and you can play it on turn 4 or 5. Assuming that you are using the upgraded HP in a controlling manner (like most deathknights were used), that's probably early enough.
None of that means I think this card is necessarily worth the deckbuilding restriction at this moment. We're still early in the cycle of these cards, and highlander decks are worse when the card pool is small. But, I can imagine a world where, near the end of this card's life cycle, Finley Paladin is a competitive control deck.
tl;dr I don't think this is going to be the kind of problem that Keleseth was.
Crafting costs dependable on the cards' popularity, or just a more affordable system - trying out memes is getting too expensive

Some kind of complete reworking of MMR system - I don't want to face competitive tryhards when I'm trying out a deck type I have never played for the first time

Is it? I still remember when Purify was revealed. No doubt people are disappointed with this Reno, and probably the LoE cycle as whole, but I'm pretty sure people have been more outraged at a newly revealed card.

Do they even need to? Just run a small mech package with Kangor's and the rest as Reborn/Control. You end up with great lategame value.

It activates on your own turn, whether the Overkill minion is the attacker or not.
Don't let losing streak get you down

Since no one seems to have posted it yet "Emperor Wraps" creates a 2/2 copy of friendly minion...

How much gold/dust will you have for next expansion?

New Neutral Minion - Murmy
Awesome Art and pretty decent card - good synergys not only for reborn, also for Murloc and also good in Zoo-ish decks.
New Paladin Spell - Making Mummies
Well i would've loved if this quest or something similiar would have been for Priest - not realy the Paladin flavour but i guess it´s ok ...

I love the art work on Murmy :D Also I think this quest is very powerful but we need to see what other reborn cards the expansion gets.
Your 3 wishes
New Mage Minion - Reno the Relicologist
Another thing that is wonky about this card is that it occupies the same mana cost as Blizzard. Mage isn't thirsty for AOE.
It's a much better card than Blizzard, but you can just play 2 Blizzards and not gimp your entire deck.
There's 1 more highlander card to be revealed. Maybe, if it's at the level of Kazakus or something, it can tie all of this together.
Murmy
Not that good with paladin quest though... Because you want to play quest on turn 1 so you don't really need 1 drops...
Murmy
Pretty nice for murloc shaman

Hey, what about the other cards in the video? The one with taunt that the Hero power was used on? It had reborn and i didn't recognize the art?
New Neutral Minion - Murmy
Very cute art and name for this card. The Reborn mechanic make it even nicer.

Really? Weren't new quests supposed to be easy to complete???

New priest quest will be: summon five 1 health minions. HP: summon a silverhand recruit.

Please, please, please blizzzzzz.... do NOT print any mechs with reborn.

In trumps latest review video about the legendaries, it seemed that he was hinting there is a neutral support card coming. Thats how i saw it anyways.
