So for those who have looked at the stats lately they will know that Annie and Bard are the two highest played Champs in the game in terms of the number of high tier lists they are present in.
I've already spoken about why ravembloom is a problematic and poorly designed card in its current iteration aka should buff spells not creatures, both is too powerful for a 1 mana landmark.
Ravenbloom is neither problematic nor poorly designed, currently the card is only being used in one meta deck and said deck winrate and playrate are both reasonable, and while the landmark itself only cost 1 mana you still need to play the 6 mana Tybaulk to get the buffs so that 7 mana in total. Limiting the buff to spell only won't change much since that deck tend to kill you with burn damage anyway.
I don't see anything wrong with Annie. She can't be traded by 2 defense guys, but she also can't block and trade with anything. It honestly feels like Annie is a card used to level up RavenBloom, rather than the opposite. If Tibaulk was a 5/5, it would still be worhth playing, same if he didn't gave overwhelm.
The main issue with Bard as you said, is that you get value essentially for free. You don't really have to do anything, and it can create board states that are impossible to deal with early game. SOmething as simple as Bandle Commando coming out as a 3/4 or even 2/3 has a pretty huge impact.
Basically, Bard allows you to have underpriced, over the curve units...for free.
Annie not being able to block is not a real weakness, Annie/Jhin is a burn aggro those type of deck don't look for trades they only care about pushing damage since you are never beating them in race, as for Annie/TF that deck has enough removal to get rid of your unit.
I do however agree with everything you said on Bard.
I'm not a fan of this, it'll difficult to have this killed before your opponent procs the secrets, the only real good secret to work with this is Fluffy Betrayal.
A streamer. That's all I really know, because I personally never watch him. I've tried, but he's always in a shitty mood and complaining about everything whenever I have tried. So I'm not sure if that's him playing a character or if he subjects himself to playing a game he absolutely hates for the sake of Twitch views. Either way, I agree with Flux that it would be better for all involved if he just stopped playing HS.
Not going to disagree with your point. With that said, to me it is obvious the sack will be placed on your side. Which give gives the strategy of giving you the chance to silence the sack. It will be your side cause your opponent will have to kill the sack to get it back in hand

The dev team has explained once that fitting text on card was an incredibly strenuous process; mainly due to the variety of language they try to support. (in some article about updating deathstalker rexxar's hero power with last published beast if I remember correctly)
I guess that's them giving up...
The Rokara hero card was a big offender for me.
First, it states that you get a weapon, but won't elaborate on what makes it special.
Then you play it, get the weapon; but again, it won't elaborate on what "smashing" means.
So you attack with it, and you think you understand : it cause the stroke minion to deals damage equal to its attack to your opponent.
But no, you're wrong : in fact you actually cause the minion to perform an actual attack against the opponent, triggering on-hit and on-attack effects. Which does not always make sense. :-/ And that fact can elude you for a long time if you never get to hit one of those minion where it matters. Infuriating.
You're not wrong, and it is arguably the least informative wording they have ever put on a card. At least until you see the Sack token, which makes it all super apparent. I suspect there was no way of squeezing "that returns the minion to the opponent's hand when destroyed" onto the card without going way beyond the 4-line limit.
Besides, I find there's something deeply satisfying about just saying "stuff it in a 0/4 Sack." Sure, it doesn't technically say everything that entails, but it does imply you can get them back out again, and doing that would mean the Sack has to be on the rogue's side. You could also reason from cards like Sap costing 2 and secret effects generally being stronger than normal spells of the same cost, that it probably returns to the opponent's hand rather than their board.
You've just got to tap into your inner Murloc Holmes to work it all out. After all, Kidnapping is a crime that needs solving.
He's a super salt mine and honestly, it would be better if he just stopped playing Hearthstone at this point. I'm sure his mental health would improve too.
Prime example of how to engage. I'm surprised Blizzard even bothers to engage with him anymore.
At least it's not all bad. If you Shadowstep the Sack, then your opponent can no longer grab that minion. Even if you can't free it from the Sack, neither can they if you play the Sack.
New Druid Spell - Nightshade Bud
You know what, I just sort of forgot that Onyxia isn't a Colossal
New Shaman Spell - Primordial Wave
Ver powerful tool for board control and an nerf cadidate on the first round
New Shaman Minion - Party Favor Totem
I think there will be some hybrid between totems and evolve targets
New Shaman Spell - Convincing Disguise
I love to see again Bru'kan in shadowlands, I hope it gets some development
New Shaman Location - Muck Pools
I think the evolve shaman will be somekind of broken...... again
New Neutral Minion - Theotar, the Mad Duke
Very powerful to disrupt combo decks or steal a combo piece

This wording just about fits onto the card:
Secret: After your opponent
plays a minion, stuff it in a
0/4 sack. Return it to their
hand when the sack dies.
Albeit barely, and resulting some of the smallest text we see on a card. I can imagine why they decided against it
New Rogue Minion - Halkias
I'm not a fan of this, it'll difficult to have this killed before your opponent procs the secrets, the only real good secret to work with this is Fluffy Betrayal.

Is deep the best anti-meta deck?
What do you usually win with? Maokai?
What is the best unit to have two of on the board?
Why that one specifically?

Weirdos downvoting but if Blizzard made these exact changes then anyone calling the changes bad is wrong....

The wording on this makes me angry. Why explaining what a card does if you can write something which explains absolutely nothing?
Wasn't there a recent Twitter thread about this topic? The player should be 90% knowing what a card does? Well, here I'm at mostly 10%.
On which side is the sack summonend? What happens exactly when the sack is killed? This leaves more questions than answers
