I've found the JSON Importer feature very useful and used it again to update my collection after opening several packs. This may have been where I went wrong. I see my collection has either 0 or 2 for any non-legendaries. It looks like any non-legendaries that I had only one of ended up getting doubled. I'm guessing the importer adds the card count of each card on to the collection's current count up to max usable in deck. I had assumed it was a full-on replacement instead. Is it possible to change this, or make it so I can manually clear the collection before I put in the latest JSON data? As of now, I think I have to go one by one to clear the count in my collection so I can start fresh.
If I am missing something obvious please let me know. I always appreciate helpful corrections.

It heavily favors aggro decks. I have a really good frostbite control deck that is fun to play and has a ridiculously high win rate. I have even pushed decks like Ezreal and Karma, Deep Monsters, and Yasuo Control to just running out of cards and losing to milling out. The decks not even made for that. Its just made to stall while throwing in chip damage here and their till you get the two finishers.
The problem comes in where I also have an aggro deck that is a net deck (Burn Aggro). It wins way less but gets more rewards. Like say I win 5 games in a row with the control deck and the aggro deck wins 3 out of 5. Well the control got more rewards right? Not when you factor in time. If the aggro deck can play 5 matches from beginning to end in the time that the control deck can maybe play 2 at most. Then the aggro wins out. So the aggro deck will get more rewards over time. Even through it wins less games.
So basically if you want to either climb the ranks or unlock rewards fast you will have to play an aggro deck.
I think the winner of a game that has gone on for a very long time in the form of rounds to complete the match should get more rewards than someone who just steamrolled the other guy in 4 or 5 rounds. Like for every round played you get more exp and rank progress for a win. Then balance it so if some aggro build wins 5 matches by the time the control build can win 2 they both will still earned around the same reward. It's just a question of if you want your rewards given in small but quick doses or large chunks that you really have to work for.

playing on iOS, and when I do a spell like rummage where I discard 2, if I accidentally hit it and dont want to do it anymore, I’m having trouble canceling out the spell. I have to close out the app completely and log back in before my timer runs out. Can anyone help me with how to cancel the spell?
for regular spells like Get Excited I can just drag the spell back to my deck, but I can’t seem to do that for the discard ones because my hand just magnifies and takes over a lot of the screen. Thanks!

My path to legend was quite simple : tempo DH to get to diamond fast then egg warrior, it seemed all simple until d3 but at this point I faced a TON of secret galakrond rogue which seemed to counter me pretty hard.
Then I remembered Odemian (French pro player from Solary) had a bomb warrior list, so I gave it a try. It worked wonder, I got 9-4 to get legend, including a 7-0 against rogue (yeah it was that many rogues!)
I also managed to win against priest, which was litterally impossible with egg warrior.

So here's the deck, don't hesitate if you face lots of rogues and DH.

I just had a game in wild where I was playing a rough battlecry shamen deck (not full meme) and I played a secret mage. I lost mainly due to not drawing my heals and being stuck with Yogg in my hand. Basically at the end I really wanted my final comment to be 'boring'. This is a salty response so we don't want to encourage it but we can allow it within boundaries.
So I guess the questions are, would we want this response to be available and how much would we be willing to pay for it. If Blizzard sold me that emote for £2 at the end of that game, yeah I might have been in. Do you have games where you'd pay more? Is this silly or is monetizing our salt a viable strategy?

However, when I played my first expedition (I ended up getting 7 wins), I noticed that no champion was given. Insted of a champion capsule and 3500 shards as it says in that article I believe I got an epic capsule and 2000 shards.
I just wanted to confirm, Is this correct? Is this the actual reward for getting 7 wins in expedition? Or did I do something wrong? I didn't play my second trial, after getting 7 wins on the first, I quited the expedition.

Of course we have pirates led by the adorable Eudora herself and all of them will be aggro some will be more midrange or even control focused.





2. Auto-Attack Cannons
That's not all pirates are bringing to the table as Greenskin is bringing a variety of cannons for your use.





3. New Mechanic Sink
Sometimes in the Deep Sea things sink to depths and are left there until they're drawn again and cast automatically.






4. Ozumat Slumbers
Ozumat slumbers and you can awaken him. By logging to hearthstone and receiving him for free before the Expansion launches.

I think 'Nexus-Strike' needs to be Sejuani's Frost because the control on auto--freeze every game mainly when she is with a Teemo which can seemingly be played 3 times in a row in decks of cards 40 & above. Especially after having to focus on him as an elusive is quite ridiculous, alongside the fact that you get a million free popper-puffs so most every card is getting 1 puff on it. As you go through cards the probability increases drastically that you're going to get boned out of the game and simply become infinitely controlled as even with only drawing a single card you're about to get frostbitten to 0 damage...
- Draw a card, get frozen, play one hero or supporting unit, kill it or use a spell to draw a card, then maybe play one final unit - that's the only unit you get to attack with.
- It's obviously worse when you're defending because you basically can't or you just take full damage and all of their heroes & units are still alive at the end of combat.
- Hero combinations such as Yasuo can barely do anything already against these guys... but I'd need to be Demacia or something with him just to buff him 3 or 4 times after he became frost-bitten just to then scrape by mana to get a stun out. But by that point you've used all of your '1-Mana Cost Stuns'. You're left with Arachnoid from Demacia which is a 3-Mana summon instead of spell even though the 1-Mana spell is a Slow one. Or even worse you're forced to use a '4-Mana Recall' just to remove a single threat.
Basically the idea is all her power is found in her level up and she will have a unique level up in the sense that she can also de-level. She will be a very weak 1/1 for 1 mana champion with no abili…
Basically the idea is all her power is found in her level up and she will have a unique level up in the sense that she can also de-level. She will be a very weak 1/1 for 1 mana champion with no abilities. Her level up will work like a reverse Darius. If you have 10 health or less she levels up. But if you go back over 10 health she levels back down. This is because her level up is linked to her emotions. When you are lower than 10 health she thinks you need protecting and will summon her bear and if you gain more than 10 health Annie will de-level and the bear will vanish.
Now here is the interesting part. The bear is freaking massive! It's a 20/20 body that has a permanent bearer. So it can't be damaged in anyway and it can't be targeted by anyone with anything. It can only be blocked. That means even the player can't put something like elusive on it or some other ability out right. But it can be effected by area of effect spells or abilities. Like for example a buff that gives all allies overwhelm would work on the bear too. But remember that the bear is 100% linked to Annie. If the enemy kills Annie, they kill the Bear, and vise versa. If they return the bear or Annie to your hand the bear goes back into Annie and she goes into your hand. Also you have to be careful when he comes out. If he comes out and you don't have room for him he will instantly die and thus instantly kill Annie as well.
So its a bit of a juggling act. For one you want to remember to make sure to have room for her to level or risk losing them both. You also want to have some ways to heal yourself to keep yourself alive while the bear is putting in work. But you also don't want to over heal yourself and accidentally de-level Annie and lose the bear. Also you have to literally baby sit Annie and make sure she stays alive or you lose them both. Remember she is still just a 2/2 with no abilities when leveled up. But on the plus side the bear is a threat the enemy has to answer no matter what. Or else they will just keep losing unites to it and if you ever get a chance to buff it with something that will let it through their defense it will kill them in one hit.
Like being able to run up to 3 of any number of champions I don't think a deck full of champions would be strong at all so it wouldn't break the game it would probably just look tacky on the matchup …

I didn't have the card in the deck and it offers me to change it for something else. What am i supposed to do?
I don't want the 8 spell, but at the same time i want the 5 mana minion (i have it already in my deck).
I will skip it, because i don't want to take a risk in trading MY 5 minion for the 8 spell (maybe they were placed in the wrong order)
EDIT: i clicked on the trade button, then click it again and now it shows me the correct placement: the real offer was MY 5 drop for the 8 spell. I noticed it because i wanted to accept the second offer, and i found out that it was bugged as well: the real offer was MY 6 mana spell for HIS 3 mana spell.
Moral of the story: pay attention during your expedition

It seems that Legends of Runeterra has yet to have a win/loss or match history screen (at least for normals) and because of this, I guess I'll never know the outcome of this match. After a long start with a major brick hand, I stayed alive long enough to reach "deep" with my Naut/Maokai deck and right when I was able to deal the finishing blow my game freaked out. I mean, it's all fine and dandy since it's just a normal game, but I'm not completely sure whether my internet cut out or if the other guy decided to just rage quit. In game, there wasn't any button to continue to the next round and when the timer went off, a new timer would just appear only to repeat and do nothing. I would expect a surrender notice if they did just close the game but after 5 minutes of waiting I got a "disconnected from server" screen and it pulled me back to the main menu. It was super NOT poggers and left me salty but the real question now is closing out your game and whether or not it prevents a win for the other player.
TLDR : I do big move and they potentially rage quit preventing my victory. (or was it just my connection cutting off at the worst moment)

I always followed Outof.Cards from its RSS feed.
There's a little thing that bothers me: I'm not a player/follower of Legends of Runeterra and Magic Arena, so I'm forced to "scan" my RSS feed to find articles of Hearthstone.
Sometimes I find myself skipping the whole feed, disappointed because there are no articles that interest me.
A simple solution for this would be having separated feeds for Magi, LoR and Hearthstone, while also keeping the "general" feed.

Hello again people! You guys seemed to like my previous WCDC spotlight, so I am doing it again. I am going to be trying to crunch these in before the end of the season. I decided to skip the treasure for now because I have no experience in those. Sorry for that, but I don't have any ideas how to review them. Instead, you get to see some copying cards. I chose this comp, so I really want to share some cards that fell under the radar that I thought deserved attention. Into the shadows!

Quite literal! I love the "add a 1/1 copy of a minion" cards. They feel nice to play for me. This one is no exception! Cheap, you can set up a combo with Malygos or Edwin VanCleef. Or add two more copies of Legendary you got from another class to your hand. One of my favorite cards of this comp.
Snareweed Golem By ShadowsOfSense

A less-controlled Splintergraft that adds a much cheaper and weaker copy of an enemy minion to your hand. It is an good card to play though, adding it when it dies at a later turn when the copy is playable versus add a huge copy to your hand, but let the bark rot for a turn. As someone who tried to make Gloop Sprayer work, I applaud you.
Senseless Potion By JFK

Cheap and the additional effect adds a vanilla minion to your hand. That is a great effect for Silence Priest. You can silence one of your "can't attack." minions, then adds an already silenced minion to your hand. Value!

Wow, another Priest card. Actually, there were 11 Priest cards made in this comp. I know that is their thing, but come on. That is 1/4 of the cards submitted. This one is the coolest one I have seen. Allidar adds a minion to your hand, and then if you are a totally big dragon (with a claw with the same durability than KNUCKLES MADE FROM TENTACLES and even less than a freaking STICK) you also get a copy on board. Even better if you get a big minion. I feel like this is a pretty good card and feels like Priest.

This card has some great Untapped Potential. (yes, I said it) For 2 mana, you can get a spell you played AND heal your face. Spell Druid could use this at anytime. How in Yogg's holy name did this get barely a 3 though?

I’m feeling sorry for Std players, as the new class has been a problem since day 1. Even after the 2nd round of nerfs it’s still busted and polarizes opinions.
In Wild it not only survived the nerfs, but Odd DH still sits comfortably in Tier 2, playing similarly to good ol’ Odd Rogue. Great early, mid and late game. Good matchup spreadsheet, beats Quest Mage 50% (or more, with techs). What’s not to love?
Got Diamond 3 last month. Already Diamond 9 now and perfectly viable for legend. Other archetypes could even be playable (Reno, combo, hyper aggro) but I’m simply in love with Odd right now. RIP Albatross though...

With only two days on ranked ladder it is impossible to not face - 8 times out of 10 - either a OTK toss Maokai deck, a overly easy Nautilus deep deck, or in the worst case scenario, a combination of the two.
I found that Legends of Runeterra is an exceptionally unique and interactive card game that allows for a very large pool of meta decks that combine skill as well as elements of luck. The above decks offer neither.
I was very worried that the developers of LoR might create more archetypes that incorporated OTK mechanics - such as those in ezreal, karma and Ledros + atrocity decks - however, Maokai does not afford much counter-play or interaction from the opponent which i found LoR has always been good at designing. Ultimately the majority of previous OTK archetypes where based on what the person playing could do to earn the win rather than what they can do to stop the opponent from interacting with the game.
I'm worried that archetypes like these take the fun out of the game to the extent you either join them or get beat by them, and where is the fun in that? It also doesn't allow the other new champions to shine or for crazy new combinations of factions.
Maybe it is too soon to judge, but there does seem to be a disastrous amount of results as it is.
Nautilus deep decks are fun, they just need a serious nerf because damnnnnnnn.

I really like to play rogue, and I really like value and control(which doesn't really fit, I know). Sadly I didn't open any legendaries or epics for rogue this expansion, but after playing against Secret Rogue a few times, I really want to craft a deck with the secret packages. Any recomendations or decklists?
Do I need 2 Bamboozle? I do have 3600 Dust and as classlegendaries: Flik Skyshiv, Waxadred and Bazaar Burglary, as well as full common and rare for standard.
