What happened to the villains? We know lazul died to summon her old god, but what about the rest? George was redeemed, Rakinishu became a dragon thing, Kriziki died (I think if not she probably flew away), dragon killer guy died (I think), Eudora fled (or bailed when it went down). That's all I can remember off the top of my head so what happened to everyone else like Togwaggle, Hagatha, and Boom? Did they all die or something or did they flee like Eudora? And why did Boom do pretty much nothing the entire expansion?

Hi, my name is Radu,I been playing hearthstone from Naxxramas era, and i still enjoy the game( mostly arena and battlegrounds), and for some time i'm streaming on Youtube. So today i decided to share my channel with you, i was thinking about this for a long time, but being a shy person and not a native English speaker, it was hard for me to make this post, and share the experience with you.

Now about the channel: Usually i stream 3-4 time per week, this my change to a more frequently schedule, in between stream, i will post highlights, may thoughts about the meta, arena changes in Hearthstone, expansion impact on arena, arena rotation, etc.( I feel like arena deserve more love from blizzard, i still think a lot of people love this game, my self included, and will be really happy if blizzard will grant more resources to the game mode.) And of course i will post LoR content.

And we will start things off with the latest Youtube video on my channel: A crazy expedition run with Teemo + Ezreal.



Any suggestion, healthy criticism, and ideas to help me improve my channel is welcome.

After finishing the last chapter of the adventure I'm quite confused about the plot.

How does stealing Dalaran help with resurrecting Galakrond? They could have just start in Uldum and steal the Plagues? Would make more senses if they gain some kind of magical artifacts from Dalaran.

What did Rafaam achieve by resurrecting Galakrond and then defeat it? Is it just to defeat the good guys? That is not consistent with his theme as a thief IMO.

What do you think?

Light rant incoming. 

The first week of the open beta, I barely had anything so I threw together my versions of the 3 starter decks (including exchanging Ionia/Zed for Noxus/Darius in the Jinx deck).  Lots of mismatched odds & ends that just happen to be around the right mana cost/function, right?  Ugly, but they win games--let's say 50-50.  And I'm not really one for fiddling with decks, so I just leave them.  So this week, I decide after my vault I'm going to go and revisit them and finally spend a few wildcards crafting a few essentials for my favorite, the Jinx deck.  I take out Darius and some of the 3-cost stuff and focus on discard-synergy, nexus damage, and cards that are easier to cycle for rockets--we can debate whether that's a good deck building strategy, but at least its *a* strategy, right?  And I go something like 1:5 that night.  So I figure maybe I'm just off or maybe its some unfavorable matchups; I try again this evening and again go like 0:3.  Then I swap back to my oddball Jinx deck and its like 2:1, and then I go to my oddball Braum/Garen deck and it goes like 2:1. 

It's like the harder I try in building the deck, the worse my games go.  My rationale brain realizes the aforementioned is very poor sample size and that there was an inherent trade-off building so heavily around Jinx--all the same, though, my emotional brain is saying that to just forgot about deck building and keep playing the crappy oddball decks until they break entirely.  :-P

Always seemed like 60/60 quests were offered far more than 4 out of 8 last time we had this festival, so I decided to record the quest distribution I was offered this time.

Played on 3 regions and had a few extra quests due to having a non-empty quest log when event started.

Always rerolled a 60/60 unless forced to clear a quest slot.

Reminder of what was available:

- 4 60/60     50%

- 1 80/80     12.5%

- 3 100/100       37.5%

I was offered:

- A total of 81 lunar quests

- 51 60/60    63%

- 8 80/80     9.9%

- 22 100/100     27.2%

% is to 1 decimal place.

I also recorded what quests were taking up other slots (as these can't be offered) and also the quest I was rerolling from (also can't be offered).  I won't bore everyone with that level of detail, and this isn't a proper statistical analysis - though much of the time I had 1 or more 60/60s already in the quest log - on 3 separate occasions I rerolled into a 60/60 despite having 3 60/60 quests.  That's a 1/5 (20%).  Only twice did a 3 60/60 reroll result in a non 60/60 (I got 1 80/80 and 1 100/100).

Definitely came away feeling strong weighting in favor of 60/60s there like last year.  Especially as of course I didn't reroll 100/100 quests which skews average result upwards.

Not saying any of this is indicative of how anyone else did or what Team 5 set due to small sample size but I thought it was interesting.  All in all glad to get some extra dust!

I went on a Runeterra expedition with 7 wins on first run and I stopped with only 1 win during the second run (I read it was pointless to continue).

Somehow I only got 300XP  (I expected 2000XP for 7 wins) and then I got the capsule and shards.

What did I do wrong ? Was it a mistake to start the 2nd run ? Or did they lower the XP gain to 300 for 7 wins ?

Feedback would be appreciated.

Does anyone know how to open up different clients with different accounts on the same computer?

Basically, I want to play with 2 accounts on the same computer at the same time.

Been testing out Fiora and although she can be quite tricky to pilot at times, I find her very rewarding to play imo :)

What do you think the best version(s) of the deck are at the moment?

Any tips on match-ups would be greatly appreciated, but not expected.

So here's the situation.

My opponent attacks with all his stuff, I block with 3 of my miinions. He plays [Hearthstone Card (Judgement) Not Found] on his [Hearthstone Card (Ancient Yeti) Not Found] which wipes my board. However, despite having a blocker on the yeti (which died) he still punched my face.

I thought blockers would remain as "phantom blocks" if killed by a spell before combat?

Or does Overwhelm beat through phantom blockers? (because I never encountered that before)

This morning after starting hearthstone most of my cards have been missing in my collection. Yesterday the EU servers crashed maybe there is something link to that. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I restarted hearthstone many times but it still occurs. After clicking "collection" it takes a long time to load.

But I did a quick search in the collection manager including unowned cards.  The following is a few keywords, followed by a number of all existing cards that have it or interact with it, and a number of said cards existing in Ionia, and a few notable examples.  For most of these, Ionia has over half of the cards of a given keyword in their pool, and if not, most of the cards.


Elusive: 21 exist with the word in it.  11 Ionia.  Examples:  Greenglade Duo, Shadow Assassin, BADCARDNAME, Kinkou Lifeblade, Yusari, The Empyrean

Lifesteal: 7 total exist.  4 Ionia.  Herald of Spring, Emerald Awakener, Kinkou Lifeblade again, Spirit's Refuge

Recall: 10 Exist, 8 Ionia (11 / 9 if you include Zed's champ spell).  Yasuo, Will of Ionia, Minah Swiftfoot.  2 Fast spells forced to target ally, but can be used to save units.  1 Other card that buffs for each recall or stun.  Only 2 using recall as a "cost"

Stun: 10 Exist.  4 Ionia (the other 6 all in Noxus).  Yasuo, Fae Bladetwirler, Steel Tempest, Yone, Windchaser

Barrier: 12 Exist (if Heimerdinger counts),  5 Ionia (Sedond to Damacia which has 6 but only if you count Fiora's Champ Spell).  Shen, Greenglade Caretaker, Spirit's Refuge again, Ki Guardian, Stand United

Heal an / Heal your: 6 exist, 2 Ionia (tied with Freljord).  Health Potion, Ritual of Renewal

Ephemeral:  Now the problem here is how many Ionia has.  The problem here is they're the only ones that can give it to the opponent.  Death Mark, Shadow Flare, Ren Shadowblade

So do I have the right to be annoyed at this point?  Does anyone else share my feelings?  Anything that I missed?  Any opposite opinions?  Some other region that somehow has top spot or over half of 6 different annoying mechanics or mechanics other regions would love like... any... healing?

While not very powerful, for me is swamp dragon egg.

A good combination of:

tribal synergy value(adding dragons to your hand doesn't miss powerful battlecries like chromatic egg), high health for the low cost and deathrattle keyword (turn 2 shadowy figure).

It should be replaced with a one mana dragon (priest only) that could contest early boards and work with both shadowy figure and dragon breeder: 1/2 deathrattle: give a friendly minion +2 health.

Title says it all. If you can manage to defend yourself despite having your life total halved (perhaps more than once), you've earned the win. Having Commander Ledros deal lethal damage at 1 HP means that if you don't have something to meaningfully diffuse his effect (e.g. Mageseeker Investigator), or if you're not already way in the lead, you're screwed.

I'm no stranger to lose streaks.  But just had a winstreak of 15-0 from rank 11 to rank 5 (on Asia).   

39-12 from rank 17 to rank 5 this season as not played for a few months.

I've never climbed from rank 9/10/11 to rank 5 without a loss before and likely won't again.

(just to mitigate sounding like a brag post, significant luck was likely on my side and same deck on NA was giving me ~50% at rank 10! - so I'd say I'm average rank 5 player at best)

 so I started to play open play EXPS for the XP but i having such a  hard time against noxus agro decks  if i dont draw my early game i get crushed by   my OP  non blockers and legion mauraders katarina is so hard to deal, and i dont feel like my non SI decks have the healing to keep up, so lets make this thread the EXP  tips and tricks central , deck building and gameplay tips to survive agro, i need help but i sure other will appreciate it too.

Is there a patch tomorow, and will it contain any real ballance changes?

I just found i a bit strange that they havent said anything yet.

Sometimes they drop the changes a day before and was just wondering if anybody knows anything.

 I trying to make some demacia decks and since a get a detain from a chest i put it on all my decks but is it worth the slot? is the only removal that  my OP can  revive the unit, besides maybe i should use better removal like noxian guile or venge what you guys think , is it good? bad? one off or more?

So spider decks/shadow isles decks are definitely getting nerfed right? its such a non-interactive deck to go against. They puke spiders all over the board then buff their attacks and if you try to defend yourself they have cards like "3 mana if 3 followers died summon a 6/6 with fearsome" you literally get punished for defending yourself which restricts the kind of decks that you can play. or they flood the board with Noxian overwhelm followers. It's so boring.

I've been playing around with a few different build to create an aggressive Priest build, without relying on the Divine Spirit/Inner Fire combo that has defined any aggro priest build. So far I've come up with this, which has comfortably taken me to rank 5, but seems to have stalled there. I'm hoping someone will have suggestions to improve this.

So far, I've been coasting through certain match-ups (Mecha'thunlock, Reno Mage, Galarogue) but struggling with others, Handbuff Mech Paladin, being the most challenging, which seems to comprise a decent chunk of the meta.

I'll type up a guide once I'm happy with a final list, but I feel like there will be changes to come yet.

I started playing runeterra for a couple of weeks and almost half the games i play are having connection issues. I already tested the internet several times to make sure it's not my problem and i wanted to know if you guys are having the same trouble. I really liked the game but it's impossible to enjoy it. in my rank which is assumably the lowest in ONLY play against this decks.

i mean i dont rant because people can play what they want. but what do i do against them when i dont want to play those decks?
