This one can be potentially dangerous. One of the main reasons for playing ysera at all was always to get the better dream card like Dream, or Ysera Awakens. Now this straight up guarantee it. If there's even a single charge minion left in the core set along with Faceless Manipulator, it could easily be a win on turn 10.
The only thing stopping this card is that its 9 mana. But if there's ever a meta that allows it, I can't see why this card will get the snubbed. The bar for 9-10 cost cards to entry is now as high as this version of ysera.
At least it isn't random anymore so you know what to play around (if you can). I guess that is a decent first step although it seems the power level of the game will not be going down anytime soon.
This card is better than the original for two big reasons. First, this gives you cards in hand instantly. Second, this is much more consistent since it gives you all the cards at once rather than 1 random one. If you can get an extra mana then you will have a guaranteed 5 mana AOE with Ysera Awakens. If you need a little extra damage then this is a guaranteed 5 damage with Nightmare. And you can play Dream on Ysera to get infinite cards.
Really the only issue with this card is the fact that you will be stacking up tons of Laughing Sisters and Emerald Drakes, making hand management very difficult.

This is pretty fantastic for any control deck (that doesn't hoard cards). Essentially at 10-mana it's a 4/12 + Sap that can clear the board on the next turn and refill it with decent stats.
the only problem would be handsize issues
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
The old Ysera was way too slow and Ysera the Dreamer fixes that. Also funny that they had to nerf Dream to cost 1 mana and can only target enemy minions because it would be broken if it costed 0 mana lol. However most of the Dream cards aren't THAT strong these days, there are a lot of ways to deal with the dream cards, and hand space might be a problem if you want to play her.
But despite all that i'm looking forward to seeing how Ysera the Dreamer will perform in standard!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This Ysera wouldn't be included in big priest, so I'd say it's a win!

This is definitely a much better version, for all the reasons people have identified above. The only drawbacks are that you could run into hand size issues, and this one is worse than the original if randomly generated on board (evolved, or Nethrandamus-type effects).

Dream after you play it? Amazing. Aside from that, if control decks run this I;m not sure the'll have the hand space for it.
pseudo neutral draw. You can't really complain as it gives it to you upfront instead of one per turn
