To be fair, Lifesteal has been a Paladin thing since before Lifesteal was even a keyword when they got Wickerflame Burnbristle.
In the set where Lifesteal officially became a keyword, they got Chillblade Champion, but even their Death Knight, Uther of the Ebon Blade also had Lifesteal in some way.
I'm experimenting with a really fun thing for once. Here are art teasers for some Descent of Dragons cards. Which one interests you the most? Whichever one garners the most interest will be revealed. I don't have any of the Sidequests made (I tried to make one, then Sanctuary was revealed which had a very similar reward), but I have almost every other card made.
It might be fun to toy around with in a Deathrattle Hunter/Rogue, and it might even occasionally catch the opponent off-guard, but I don't anticipate it doing much better than Mechano-Egg, where Mech synergy was quite prevalent.
I bet the flavor text is going to be a meta joke about HS decks or something like that. Team 5 always makes jokes like that, and the opportunity is right there.

In the following sets, they've also got Paragon of Light, Crystalsmith Kangor, Shirvallah, the Tiger, Lightforged Blessing, and Ancestral Guardian. The groundwork for Lifesteal as a primary or secondary keyword for Paladin is there.

So, which one catches your eye the most?
Nobody:
Literally Nobody: Might be a Hunter weapon.
Literally Everyone: Shaman Weapon.
Team 5: Nope. Jebaited.
Like even the name screams "Shaman" to me. But if there are lots of cheap Dragons about, then this is mega strong.
It took a while for me to realize that he's in a hole in the floor. At first I thought he was standing on a plate or on a flying saucer of some sort.
That flavor text though.
The effect is cool, but the wording is clumsy af. It could say "Draw two cards from your deck that didn't start there".
Forget the actual name.
I'm always going to call this card "Crash Bandersmosh".
Nope. It says "other", meaning it doesn't include itself.
5 lines of text. That's a no-go. You're gonna have to find a way to shorten this.
Typically, Battlecries also go after passive effects.
Everything else though looks fantastic. Really great job.
Kel'Thuzad
Appears in Battlegrounds as a hero character (Kel is not a playable character in Battlegrounds, but sometimes shows up as a fight anyway).

Spam filter was a bit strange. Fixed it for you, although it looks like it didn't really need it.
You know, I thought Tharon'ja would get a boost in this expansion.
I'm pretty sure this is the single most-done fan card concept. It's really cool to finally see it in the game.
Has pretty good synergy with Explosive Trap and Unleash the Hounds.
5 mana for a decent body and good healing? Yes please.
Remember Antique Healbot? Uh, yeah, here he is again and powered up a lot.
Fantastic all around. Excited to see more of you here.

Claw
Is what I'm guessing at least.
Now Hunters be the Rush class.
