173 totalI am not sure if this is worth a deck slot. If you are Rogue, you have [card]backstab[/card] for cheap damage and [card]sap[/card] for kind of freeze. If you are Mage, you have [card]ray of frost[/card] and [card]frostbolt[/card]

This is playable even without extra stats, if you need to double ping. Very solid card, not a huge build-around legendary, but a nice addition to most decks.
Possibly huge pile of stats. Will see at least experimental play.
I see OTK potential in Mage with good old Tony and his faithful Apprentices.
My bet is this being meme only, but let's see what the rest of the set offers for potential control hunter.
Solid, but not too broken. This is value card, and shaman does not have much problem with value right now.
So we get two 1/3 1drops this expansion. And I thought they said they would not print those anymore.
Comparable with [card]truesilver champion[/card] and probably will see play even outside of soul fragments decks
The Soul Fragments mechanic will be a nice shell for control DH, and this card a staple in it. If not this expansion, then the next one.
Bonkers if proxed, underwhelming if not - good design. My only regret is how it has antisynergy with the new Legendary Waifu Warlock gets.
This is the weakest of the Soul Fragment package, and still very strong, if battlecry is active. If not, still playable on curve in the match ups where you desperately need to put stuff on board.
This will be played even without the whole package. Cheap aoe with some (delayed) healing, what is not to like?
We will see this, as it may be reduced to 0 mana and it is playable at full cost.
Oh, a perfect card to put in Bomb Warrior for the ultimate suicide meme :D
Other than meme card, this is too slow and too greedy to be played in ranked, but looks fine for casual games. All in …
I fail to see any Rogue flavour in this. I was really hoping for some sort of secret support legendary here. Valeera is probably not too happy abput the legendaries she gets this expansion.
Most interesting thing about this card is the mechanic behind it, where you may "upgrade" the effect with additional cost. I think this could be an interesting mechanic to explore further in the future, maybe even making it a keyword, …
