Priest can use the draw, and the effect is fine without hitting a holy spell. Just a solid 3 drop to develop some tempo and get through your deck, with a big bonus if you hit a holy spell.

Mage has plenty of draw already, and the effect is pretty bad.

Cool card, but way too slow. 7 mana pile of stats of which you can't guarantee it is a big pile of stats is pretty bad.

Shaman so desperately needs card draw, that this will be in every Standard shaman deck. This means they will all be forced into a Nature spell direction, featuring at least a few Elementals. The main synergy I see will be guaranteeing your big burst finisher, tutoring [card]Rockbiter Weapon[/card] and either[card] Cagematch Custodian[/card] (which then pulls [card]Doomhammer[/card]) or [card]Al'akir the Windlord[/card].
