Err... Anything is possible? If you mean most updated one is best one, old but gold ones can be valuable as well.

Exclusive rules added to 60 cards rule such as Blitz mode and double fatigue damage might attract some to give it a go. I mean, a different mode should be live in next Hearthstone year because Standard/Wild/Arena/Adventure feels stale after such a long time.

In reply to 30 Cards or 60 Cards?

Just curious. If there were to be 60 cards mode, would you play it or not? I would like to see that implemented because Hearthstone has little to offer when it comes to game formats.

Age of Mythology needs a serious reboot. And I wouldn't mind if they added Aztec/Mayan mythos or, if miracle allowed (unlikely in today's political climate), the Hindu pantheon (do we know enough of the Mesopotamian gods and creatures for a faction?).

I bought the Asian expansion on Steam sale last year but it crashes constantly and refuses to load at times.

I'm in for AoM2 or whatever but recent patch (2.7) actually solved lots of performance issues. I advise you to check it out.

I wish someone would make a game like Empire Earth 2 or Earth 2160. Not EE3! That one sucked.

Yeah, I agree. I enjoyed playing EE1 and EE2 but definitely not EE3.

Bought both of them a week or so ago... I cant wait to try them... Moved all the way from south america to europe and my pc still hasnt arrived T.T

I bought both of them, too. Although AOE1 is nothing if compared to AOE2, I always loved ancient history so I enjoyed every single bits of AOE1. DE might have issues here and there, but hey, despite the laziness of devs, game is at least a playable state if compared to first launch. I only hope devs took their lessons from AOE1:DE to not let same issues occur on AOE2:DE.

Ooh, what a coincidence :D New Tavern Brawl has exact rules as what I stated in the first thread above. So, fellow members of OoC community, now is the time to share our ideas.

I look forward to see yours 😄

Alongside Mech Mage, Mech Rogue and Mech Warlock... I still miss my moments with Mech archetypes in 2015, that's for sure, which is how I was introduced to Hearthstone.

Wow, that's neat. I hope you had "golden" moments with him.

Destruction of unnecessary cards is always powerful. Thus, Hemet fits for this job. As for Subject 9, why use it when there is arguably a better card: Mysterious Challenger? I mean, Subject 9 draws your Secrets, then you have to play it. However, Dr. 6 instanly "draws and plays" them.

Looking at Paladin cards, it's not hard to see that Paladin class has more Aggro tools than Control ones. By nature, even if you did your best, be with Highlander or non-Highlander deck, it's hard to survive as long as how Druids do, I can assure you.

Speaking of Druids, while against the basics of Highlander decks, one can put Elise (or any Highlander card if desired) into non-Highlander decks because of heavy draw and survival tools Druid has since the aim of activating Highlander cards either require no duplicates within your deck or depletion of your deck (unless Highlander cards printed in the future states otherwise, that's how it works for now). This is how pros/streamers "play" their Highlander decks in either formats.

However, if you asked of me which direction I favor of, that would be singleton approach because of its "true-nature".

While doubling survival tools such as Time Out! is important, mind you, this is Highlander deck. It's not ideal to have a duplicate in Highlander archetypes. Maybe non-Highlander one is far more successful, as I didn't explore that area, who knows?

For Pyro, Explosive Sheep does the job more or less same as him. If you don't have expensive cards such as Sir Finley of the Sands, feel free to replace him with Pyro.

As for Equality, adding cards that cost more than 3-Mana weakens the potential of Hemet, so it's not ideal to add it. Only if it was reverted to 2-Mana, though, I definitely would add it.

    As for this comment...

We could even keep Reno and Zephrys to use later in the game after drawing a ton of stuff.

Would you kindly explain a bit? Because I'm confused.

Great suggestion! Fits with the theme too. Not sure what to cut though. I guess maybe we don't need both Arcane Tyrants?

No need for Arcane Tyrants because they are only here for discount. So, feel free to replace them with Moonglade Portals.

Moonglade Portal is worth adding for both the spell itself and King Phaoris

Glad to see a well-written response but sadly there are some flaws regarding your thought-process. First of all, let it be known that I'm not a native English speaker. If there were any flaws of mine, or any bad-mouth towards you, apologies within the depths of my heart. Without further ado, let's start.

    Quote From Me0203

...You mention three times that you'll take all criticism for the sake of improving your piece, which isn't necessary.

For me, it is needed; for you, it's not, which is fine by me. Maybe one time would be sufficient but still, it must be done. Why? It's a sign from me asking for collaboration of improving these series, that's why.

    Quote From Me0203

The commenter wasn't rude, I don't believe, but you mention twice that you won't tolerate any rude comments. As opposed to you asking for no rudeness, your tone during certain parts - "Just be gentle to community's card choices and decks while commenting.", "For starters, why don't you offer a characteristic cards but not a dull one such as Puddlestomper?" - borders on rudeness to the original commenter: the first implies that he was rude, when he wasn't, and the second implies that he would be so dumb as to suggest a card like Puddlestomper. Finally, your response was unnecessarily lengthy and the italics used feel overly dramatic.

With all due respect, I wasn't rude to anybody or humiliating anyone. 1st sentence of mine was a nod to people not act like this one (I'm sure you didn't check the linked content, otherwise you wouldn't have made that comment) and I even mentioned this: "I know you didn't (act rude) by any means but just wanted to give my warning". You can see it within brackets of my post above, just read the whole paragraph clearly. As for 2nd sentence of mine, I can't believe you are stirring up a trouble for such an innocent word: "dull". Here, I meant as "bad, uncharacteristic", can't people really think abstract or have no idea what "figurative meaning" means? I used "dull" to a card as figure of speech, not mentioning "dumb" to a person like you stated, in all honesty.

About your final statement, italics were used for emphasizing my wording, nothing more. As for my response being unnecessarily lengthy, if I had to clarify something for good, I need to explain in full detail and I don't think it's too long by any means.

    Quote From Me0203

Overall, the impression this comment gives is one of a defensive person who has rushed to defend his article, has perceived more rudeness in the comment above than what is actually there, and as a result ends up being verbose, dramatic, and slightly rude.

If defending an article means talking honestly/friendly/freely but not manipulating my thoughts into a different matter, I guess you are right. My writings might be verbose due to the fact that I'm not a native English speaker but the reason is: I want to clarify myself as best as possible, no offense. However, I believe they are not dramatic and rude, if you check the paragraph above.

    Quote From Me0203

I don't say this to be hurtful - this is a very understandable thing to do, and I don't respect your enjoyable writing or yourself less because of it - but to bring attention to something that I don't believe most people would take the time to point out to you.

So, if I understood correct from your statements bolded, you think I love bringing attention, stating "Hey, whatever I said is a rule" or "Look, I'm so fabulous" and such? You may not like me, which I don't care, but clarifying myself doesn't mean I'm bringing attention -or a dictator- in any matter.

    Quote From Me0203

If you're going to be putting yourself and your work in front of large numbers of people, correcting this is important. In the future, I would recommend taking a moment to simplify your thoughts before you reply to something - Is responding to this worth it? What are the important points to respond to here? What impression do I want to give?

I believe I already corrected myself by a huge margin thanks to your misunderstanding of wording of "dull" and not looking at linked comment. Also, I would like you to show empathy towards someone before commenting such as "What if (s)he mentioned this way?", "While writing, did I offend a person in any matter?", "What would I respond regarding that comment if I were here?". Your questions are on the mark while I think about writing comments every time but please think mine as well.

TL;DR: I am a kind person. If I meant anything bad, I'm truly sorry. If you wish, we can continue discussing on Discord via PM. I really would like to discuss with someone such a level-headed person

My favorite moment? Very simple: After nerfs gone live in Wild format, meta became very diverse. People I have encountered are trying out different decks thanks to dust refunds. For that reason, I'm having a blast with Even Highlander Druid right now 😄
