Extremely good even outside a Nightfall archetype. I'm sure they mainly wanted Targon to have a good Elusive blocker, but this is probably OP in a deck with other elusives and/or enough support.
Surely the details can be filled in later. We need a place to discuss the card now. The whole point of these forums is to be able to discuss the game in an organized manner, so specific discussions can be easily followed. You're cutting off your nose to spite your face by refusing to make an official thread for a card we all know is coming just because an image didn't appear in a promo video.
6 mana at slow speed sounds like a deal breaker to me--it calls to mind Trueshot Barrage and Winter's Breath, both of which sound incredible on paper but in practice no one runs them due to how awkward they are to use.
Both of those spells are very situational, requiring opponent to have multiple weak (or weakened) units on board. For that reason, they aren't really worth the mana cost even though the effect is very powerful in a perfect world.
I don't think the Slow speed is such a big deal. If you're playing this, you're already in Targon, so all you have to do is make sure you have Bastion backup when you play this.
This spell does a lot of things for a relatively low mana cost. Even though it's slow, it seems like a good fit even for non-Daybreak Targon decks. It definitely levels up Leona in a hurry.
Stun and Frostbite absolutely gut this card. I don't think you can risk including it when those are such common effects. Maybe if you plan to give it SpellShield?
Hard to play defensively, but there's something to be said for a 2-drop that usually survives its first combat and probably kills 2 for 1 if blocked. I can also see some Single Combat in its future because it's so cheap and trades so well.
Love the art, and those stats are scary.
Works great in a Bilgewater Plunder package.

The 1-drop that brings the whole Nightfall mess into focus. Too bad it can't keep Duskrider from sucking.
Maybe try Shen instead of Kinkou Wayfinder? He may never level up, but he still makes a lot of sense in the deck.
Instead of Pix!, I'd go with Navori Bladescout. It's likely to hit Nexus on its first turn, and with proper support it could even survive later turns.

Sunburst is always worth the mana cost. Case in point: People use Thermogenic Beam at 6 mana all the time to remove threats like Thresh or Sejuani.

This Champion is nuts.
Yasuo + Swain was already annoying to play against. Yasuo + Leona is like that times 20.
(EDIT: Maybe not, though, because Ionia + Targon may not have enough Yasuo triggers.)
I can also imagine an aggro version since she's so easy to level up.
We need a discussion thread for (non-Leona's) Morning Light.

A healing spell that replaces itself is already good, regardless of the expected Champion synergy!
Silence for Champions is by far the biggest game-changer of this expansion!
So much better than his Nightfall counterpart. (I'm referring to Duskrider at this point since we haven't seen any other big Nightfall followers.)

Basically a reverse Jagged Butcher, but that's fine because Butcher is extremely good.
It may feel easy to trigger in a vacuum, but wait until you want to play more than one Daybreak card in a turn.
Having too many in a deck can be counterproductive.
Finally back to Targon! I thought we'd be wandering aimlessly forever.
Several of Diana's datamined voice lines are triggered by it being "Night."
I will further note that Nocturne is a genderless entity, so if you're going to make statements about its lore, the official pronoun is 'it.'
