I'm quite happy to see the return of Charge, hopefully in a manageable format this time around. I've never liked the idea of a keyword just becoming completely extinct. The idea of avoiding Taunt is something I'm looking forwards to a lot as well, mainly because of Convincing Infiltrator, lol. I hate that card so much.
Very excited about this card. It does the "Unique Hearthstone Character" concept right by using the name, art, and card effect to communicate something about this character. Established lore characters can get away with a bit less unification since they have other sources of story, but a character like this really depends on a good impression from the start. On top of that, I'm excited for rogue secrets coming back and love being able to merge them with thief rogue styles.

Hey everyone! I'm trying to decide on what to write my next lore article on regarding Outland. There's a ton of material here and almost every class features an area, species, or group that could likely be an article in itself. This being said, any particular classes or cards you would like to see covered next?
Very happy about the rarity protection. Now I won't be so afraid to craft anything that's not a Legenday since there won't be a chance that I end up wasting the dust by opening up that very card in a pack right after I craft and have to disenchant for a net loss of dust. That's an honest fear that's been holding me back in the game for years now.
I'm with you buddy :) I never realized how much of an addiction I am for art books until I collected my first Hearthstone one in October. Nothing like building a collection eh?
Agreed on there not being a whole year. What I meant to imply in the article is that each year has one set that ties directly to the Year Animal. I by no means expect there to be an entire year about blood elves-- or even another year-long story at all right now. And I agree on the demon part. They could use some love in the way that dragons got so much love in the last set and mechs got it in Boomsday.
The other members of the Out of Cards staff have indicated to me that it would be too large a task-- and rather unnecessary-- to create an entire new Hearthstone wiki, as one does already exist. In fact, it's where I do a decent amount of my research to find all the cards of a particular theme. However, I do agree with your link suggestion and have been trying to implement it since I started working on my articles last summer. It's possible that I may have missed a couple, but the general rule is that if it's the first time I mention something covered in another article, the words will be a link. All future mentions of the same subject will not be linked in order to keep it from getting too messy. I hope this helps and I appreciate your support of the interconnected articles. :)
That's because of models in WoW that don't get updated often. She has gold eyes on the Hearthstone hero art, and gold eyes are a feature for players creating blood elf pallys now.
Well, that used to be true, and still is in come cases, but after the Burning Crusade, the Sunwell was cleansed and they no longer rely on fel magic to sustain themselves. Some still choose to use fell- such as warlocks-- but others have different eye colors. Paladins, for example, have golden eyes because of their connection with the Light.
Creative thinking. I personally don't want there to be a competently separate game, but some changes to the basic stuff wouldn't be unwelcome. At any rate, I'm sure they wouldn't just name a year after a game update. Even if all that is happening, they are likely using the symbol as a double-meaning that also must have something to do with the flavor of an upcoming set as well. All this assuming the rumor is true of course, which it very well may be.
You took the words out of my mouth. Kraken was too abstract, Mammoth had bad color design, and Raven is just a bit on the bland side compared to this. Glad to see they can make ones with energy in them.
Oooo, good point. Didn't even think of that angle.
Druid mana generation is back baby! Can't wait to see what I can do with this in wild.

Last call for topic suggestions. Looks like Blood elves is winning out now. If you want something else, please post today.

So many lore characters with cool unique effects! I LOVE THIS SET ALREADY! lol

Took the words right out of my motth.

lol, I like how their verson of Tavern Brawl translates in "Chard Chaos", because that's what it honestly is a lot of the time!
Yeah, I love who it grew from casual flavor text in two cards, to a meme, to full fleshed-out characters with an engaging story.

Yeah! Exactly. If Blizzard doesn't make it, it could be a great fan-theme for me or someone else on this site to try and make at some point.
