You are welcome :) I figured it would be a good idea to explain who the heck this Medivh guy is and why he's throwing such a crazy party. Turns out he's really lonely and we are there to cheer him up as well as rescue him from a magical portal, lol. Most of the bosses are random enchanted stuff that fits the flavor of the raid and dungeon, but isn't really based off of much.
Warlocks in Wow can use daggers, one-handed weapons like swords, as well as wands and staffs to channel their powers. In terms of gameplay, however, they only serve to boost stats and are almost never used to attack. Take it from a guy who mained a warlock for 3 years.
Would it be a good idea to disenchant any of these wild cards for dust before we get the free ones, or is our ownership of the free ones only as long as the event and we would loose them later?
Oh man, your right! I can't believe I forgot Torga. I'll have to get around to making an edit for that. I guess he didn't spring to mind because you never actually interact with him, but my research should have reminded me. Thanks for catching my mistake.
lol, yeah. It's the way these events are always phrased in official lore recounts because they need to be vague enough that any character could be the one in the story.
Third-ing this. I love the new flavor articles (Traversing Azeroth is fantastic), but definitely would like the news updates too so OOC can be the "one stop shop" if possible.
Thanks mate :) Yeah, I agree as well on the news angle. I'm sure something will be done about it. The question is just what and how
According to my research. I don't know why they aren't labeled elementals on the cards, but I believe they technically are. Can't think of any other explanation that fits them from what I read.
An interesting idea, but one that might be a bid difficult. In general, only a minority of cards featuring certain races are of any relevance to the actual race. Boisterous Bard, for example, could really be any race, but they decided to make it an orc. This would make it difficult to be able to feature all the cards relating to a race and still have something to say about them. If you have any ideas about how to get around things like this, I'd be happy to hear them.
That's the plan, lol. I just couldn't do it because I wasn't writing for the site back then. When new cards come out, those are the top priority for me to help explain. I'm using this down-time in between story reveals to try and play catch-up is all. Current plan is to look over any lore related to Tombs of Terror when all of it comes out, but I'll need a couple more articles to fill it all up until then.
I hope everyone enjoys the article. :) I have several openings for topics coming up, and can't decide what to write on. So, this week, I'd really appreciate idea submissions for future lore topics if you would be so kind.
Excellent idea. I too would like to see the class extend further beyond demons. They are really cool, but getting just a bit old for me right now.

lol, yep. Dreanor's elements were central to orc culture for a really long time. It's why Thrall is the default Shaman hero.
Hmm, interesting. I'll leave it as is for now, but thanks for bringing this to my attention.

It held the numbers for me no problem. Took me 3 runs, but I got it and it retained the persistent health pool each time.
Sorry if the map was confusing. I'll try to make it more clear in future articles.
Excellent ideas. I'll keep those topics and concepts in mind.

I've been saving up gold and plan to keep my F2P style while still getting the story.
We got two different boards in the original League of Explorers. The first one was the dig-site and the other was was the museum.
I'm impressed. It's been a long time since we got more than one in a single xpac.
You mean Karl survived?! this changes everything. What will happen when he and George meet while on opposing sides? The plot thickens.
