I always thought of the flavor of "Elusive" basically meaning that it's hard to pin down or target. Sure, you can see it, but through either some form of dodge, absorption, or deflection, they are just impossible to hit effectively with magic. Taunt has a similar implied flavor that makes sense to me. It's not that they all literally taunt you, but through whatever reason-- imposing size blocking your way, really annoying and distracting, or simply shoved in your path as an obstacle by someone else-- they need to be dealt with first before you can focus on anyone else. I never took the terms too literally and have always just understood what unique version of the flavor they imply for that particular minion.
This is as far the the story of the Old Gods has progressed in WoW to this date. Rest assured, when new plot developments arise, I'll do my best to record them.
Really? I haven't heard that. Wouldn't be surprised though, since Doppelgangster proves that they can take on a more humonid form if needed. Still, she seems to have a lot more personality than you would expect from a faceless.
I like C'thun the most because of the system synergies. The minions buffing it can be the main focus of your deck, or sometimes I enjoy throwing some in to distract my opponent from my actual win-condition.
I agree, which is why I'm opting to use normal spell cards instead of these strange location cards. The locations themselves are good ideas though. I'll keep some of them in mind.
Yeah, that's the plan right now, although I'll try to make them unique to each flavor and with different styles so they won't just be reskins of the same card. Also, thanks for the keyword tips.
Here's my latest idea. I'm going back to a spell format for now because I like it better and feel it gives better flavor. I'm working with the idea that the very advantage the card gives you is also how it can be destroyed, just like how a fort can be taken if its armies are beaten back or its defenses are destroyed. Exact wording is still being worked on and might require a better keyword for the sake of space.
Excellent question. I honestly don't know since I haven't been put in charge of anything like that. At the moment, you can find them all by using the Lore tag, but I agree that it would be nice to have a little "database" section on the site to store them in for easy "research" by anyone interested. We'll just have to see if the higher-ups think it's worth if.
Awesome! I'm always on the lookout for any new interesting ones, so let me know if you ever find any. I don't like them too grim or cynical, so ones like Game of Thrones are out for me, but I'm sure there's others out there just waiting be be discovered.
Those are the next posts for a couple weeks. The previous ones still have to be added to the new Traversing Azeroth tag.

I got nothing, and I had it running the whole day while I was out. You would think that would put some odds in my favor.
You're in luck my friend ;) I'm a step ahead of you on that one. Just wait and see.
Interested in loa? They certainly are an interesting mix of deities. If only there was something to explain exactly what they are...... ;)
I'll do my best. Any particular characters or groups you would like to learn about?
Agreed. I'll just save my money and buy with gold I've been saving up.

True, although I always just assumed she was a troll infused with Old God power.

Now that is beautiful sand. I'm not the type to live in a desert, but if I did, I'd want the want to look like that.
Not like you.
I love it. Red sand is the best sand, as long as it's natural and not dyed from the blood of a battle.

Here's a version of Karahzan I just brainstormed.
