First couple of ideas. Not sure if they're balanced, since it's pretty hard to tell with exponential effects.
BTW is Spell Damage still a thing in Shaman? I know they removed Wrath of Air Totem from the Hero Power, so I'm not sure if the first card is fine in terms of class identity.
Spell damage is still a thing in Shaman. There are 2-3 different cards that give spell damage, one of which is in the core set. I personally think these cards are very weak. Spell damage cards do not stay on the board for long enough for you to get enough to take advantage of Maelstrom Harbringer's effect, and the DH archetypes that could take advantage of that card have better cards to slot in
God I would love if they released mini sets for wild. Something akin to the unhinged set of MTG.

Player engagement has been pretty stable for a long time. Trend is upwards in the east, where Wild is very popular compared to the west. One of the reasons for this is that card rotation is a lot more accepted in the western player base.
I wonder why western players are more accepting of card rotation? I assume this is compared to China?
I imagine most of the users did not care who was moderating Hearthpwn, as long as it was moderated. A good comparison (kind of) is if Mark Zuckerberg got tired of Facebook and made a brand new social media platform. How many people do you think are going to leave facebook after using it for years?
The gadgetzan meta atleast had multiple decks, even if it was rock paper scissors meta. I think the worst metas had to be WotG and Outlands. WotG was literally just aggro shaman and outlands was just DH.
Is this as bad of a deal as people are making it out to be? The average pack gives 100 dust so I imagine the average golden pack gives around 200? It seems like it is a normal value, just scaled up and in the form of dust/golden cards.
Edit: I love how the battle.net launcher calls it a "varied selection of standard cards" LOL
That was not said. Dawson said that the meta was going to change through the mini set, not that power creep was going be used to change the meta. It could be done in the way jade druid was nerfed.
I saw a r/hearthstone post where someone shared a screenshot of hsreplay stats and the only difference pre-nerf and post was that mage had slightly lower wr.
I messed up the decklist, and can't seem to properly link it. But yes, I am already running those two cards. https://outof.cards/hearthstone/decks/26581-reno-priest-tech

That ooze isn't so bad. It is a Piloted Shredder for 1 less mana and stats.
Yes, I play face hunter. How could you tell?
Something something dopamine receptors something something
I think Mutanus will shine best in a meta where games go long. You can't eat a weak card if your opponent has played them all.

OFC reveals start during my 12 hour shifts :cry like a baby:
I typically agree with nerfs but that FDoS "nerf" is terrible.

I do a lot of what was listed, but I also scroll up and down on the main page when my opponent ropes.
That winning card is so cool. I love cards that I dismiss at first glance and then look back at again and realize how interesting it is.
I would assume the set gets announced/revealed this week (or early next week) and then released sometime within two weeks.

I am just now getting into HS esports, and I have to say I love Tincho's scarf.
I have not played solo content in the longest time, even with the free packs. I truly would not care.
