Looks very good! I liked the portals mechanic and am glad to see it returning. Not sure why the mage spell that is basically [card]Firelands Portal[/card] isn't called a portal too.

I commented elsewhere that I don't see Stealth Rogue being that strong, but I may be wrong. This does pair well with [card]Spymistress[/card] as a bunch of folks mentioned above.
Looks very good. Rogue secrets will be easier to play around in Standard since there are only 3 of them, but the synergy cards will make it good.

Very high potential for very high high-rolling. Which of course means also high potential for low-rolling. But Rogue has many understatted Battlecry and Combo that will benefit from this evolve effect.
