Here's what happened. I'm playing Tempo Demon Hunter (yes, yes, I'm a real bastard, I know, just wanted to grab up some easy ranks before the second nerfs hit). Drop my Imprisoned Antaen on curve (cuz I like winning). He wakes up and sprays his 10 damage all over the place, then my opponent plays Maiev Shadowsong and puts him back to sleep. Two turns later, he wakes back up and guess what? Ten more damage to my enemy's board and face.
Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who hasn't seen this interaction.
On a related note, I've also seen buffed minions put to sleep by Maiev, and wake up with their buffs intact. Also good to know.
Actually it doesn't. I haven't tested it with learned DRs like Teron, but I've had buffed minions put to sleep by her, and they wake up with their buffs still intact. Stands to reason other things would stick too
I'll put my 2 cents in. Yes, it's clearly too early to tell what needs a nerf, but I think most of us are here just to comment on what we've seen so far. What I've seen is that Priestess of Fury and Imprisoned Antaen are an entirely nasty combination. Their ability to both clear boards AND deal face damage, combined with their stats and cost (Priestess is reasonable, Antaen is absurdly cheap) make them extremely hard to manage. During card reveal season, I wondered if the tempo loss of dormant cards would make them unplayable. In the case of the Antaen, definitely not. The tempo you bank by "doing nothing" on turn 5 usually just wins you the game on turn 7 or 8.
Sorry, my dude, I gave you bad info. I forgot that you need to have an established tavern. If I recall, that means you need to hold 3 public gatherings with a certain number of attendees. You might not be able to do this any time soon.
Does anyone know exactly when (and better yet, WHY) they changed [Hearthstone Card (Ramkahen Roar) Not Found] to Pharaoh's Warmask? I just noticed it today.
You need to play against another player at the same Fireside Gathering to get Nemsy. If you know someone who lives nearby who plays, get them in (except, you know, social distancing). Otherwise, you can make a new account on a different device and play against yourself. Not as fun, but you'll get Nemsy. Good luck!
Just play it with Magic Carpet and give carpet spell damage and make your Mortal Coils 2 damage pings. :)
Yeah, Elven Archer can just cry now. When do we ever use it for anything other than just pinging away a 1 health minion. This will do that, plus it can do other stuff. And it's got one more attack.
Now this is interesting to me. Tokens summoned from deathrattles rarely do anything besides taunt or rush, right? This is something new. Definitely not great, but might be useful.
A decent board control card, better stats for cost than either of the neutral elementals that do the same thing. Mages might want this in order to get more damage out of Ray of Frost. I don't play a lot of arena, but I guess this will thrive more there than constructed.
Malygos would be a great draw from this, as some folks said, but I don't think you want to build your deck around that. Too inconsistent. And this from a guy who tried to Jepetto his Malygos for Druid combo decks until I cried.
The prologue was pretty fun overall. Nice balance of story and game. But that second match, the portal one ... That was just weird. Anyone else think so?

Is anyone playing this card to counter Demon Hunters? I'm thinking if you can corrupt their Outcast cards before they're ready to play them, profit.
Ok, how can anyone call these cards unfair? Literally EVERYONE has them and literally EVERYONE is using them! Sounds fair to me!
Ok, but seriously, this makes sense. The Skull and the Antaen are pretty OP. Not sure I see the problem with Eye Beam or the Warblades though.

My worst luck yet: 5 legendaries in 121 packs. Could still have been worse, I know. Anyway, congrats to those of you who got lucky! Enjoy!
This was also my favorite part of this review. Nice one, Shadows

Cornered Sentry for one more mana, but with +1/+1 and no taunt. I'm not impressed.

The only way I think this is good is paired with High Priest Amet. Otherwise, that giant attack value is just wasted on a 1 health minion.
Great against TALL boards (lookin at you, Embiggen Druid) but just about useless against wide boards. Worth trying out.

Great removal card, and Warlock can always use that "downside" to his advantage.

This is another that will be much better in wild than standard, as most of Warlock's handbuff synergy cards are rotating.
