Thinking back to my hunter decks, it wasn't often that I knew I would have two minions left to start my next turn. I don't know how excited I am about a 2 mana investment toget a three mana spell at some indeterminate future time.
So the goal here is to highroll all your shuffled multiple copy cards? Or is it to dig for a specific card that might get you an out/lethal play? I'm not a good enough deck builder to figure out the best option for this card.
I would have to see a list of the high mana low attack minions to evaluate if this is worth it. I know there are a few 4/12 dragons that might fit the bill. In wild there are voidlords that would be scary with this. It could be good if enough minions are available for it.
I this what is supposed to go along with the legendary that gives your Silverhand recruits a divine shield? I still think Paladin is too consistent with librams for much else to see play now
Is weapon shaman going to become a thing now? Doesn't seem to fit their playstyle much. But it has been so long since I've seen a shaman in standard that I couldn't tell you what the playstyle is,
How many times will we see this reduce the cost of the cheap spell we've been holding to chain and get a big minion reduced? Feels inconsistent with the random discount effect.
The outcast cards that get mana reduction as the outcast effect will like this, but the ones that have other effects won't bother. I don't think this gets included in current DH lists.
Ping damage is good. Conditional tribal play the previous turn is less good. This would have made sense back when shaman had multiple cards in this line of play, but I don't think it works for anything now.
This will be just my luck to open in a pack. Hunter doesn't really run big minions or meaningful deathrattles which are the two you would want to pull with this. Needs more support for standard.
This just won't do enough. Hunter secrets trigger to reliably for you to get much value off this in the early game and you probably won't want the game to last long enough to make a value combo play from it.
That is a lot of mana for a random granular damage card. If it was just enemy minions I could see it being included naturally. But since it includes face as an option, I don't think it makes a good enough clear to see play.
Weapon and taunt on a single card. This is a nice one to see. I think it will be good in early control and good to add to a full aggro board to protect the 1 and 2 drop guys already on board.

Handbuffs, but just for beasts. I still don't see that mechanic working well. Are we using it on the porcupine or something?

More targeted discard effects. I'm sure this will be included somewhere. Does wild discolock need more help?
More weapon shaman stuff. I'm still skeptical about this archetype. It doesn't feel like a good fit.
So you run this + the weapon + N'Zoth? I don't know, the rush option seems much cooler and more fun.

Random filler card. You might get a 1% play that buffs this to do meaningful damage but I don't see it sticking well enough to be reliable.

Hand buffs have not had a good history. This one probably won't make the cut for good play.
This can be lots of fun in stealth rogue. Just another minion added on board for you to hit face with next turn.

Nice weapon tutor. Again, I saw Kibler using this to great effect in an evolve Shaman earlier today. I'm very much looking forward to using this one.
