I thought it was just going to be a quick crash grab knowing Konami, but the economy is actually quite friendly. I was able to make an acceptable Sky Striker deck (Without 3 of the UR Staples like Ash Blossom and Maxx C) like 2 hours after opening the game and still have a lot of currency to work with. It's probably front loaded though and it's going to feel like a pain later.
But who knows, Konami can pull the plug anytime they want but I'm gonna stick with this for a while until the next Hearthstone miniset comes out.
It's definitely a sign that your opinion is an actual hot take. But you know what? That's completely fine and valid. You can have an opinion that is severely disliked by the community, as long as you're not being a dick about it. It's a good form of discussion.
I don't think a nerfless wild format would be worth the effort though. The meta will be very stale very quickly since it's going to be hard to beat the decks that are already tier S to begin with, and this will discourage a lot of people from playing it. It might seem like a neat Idea to be able to play the deck that you love at it's fullest power, but trust me people are definitely going to be playing quetline warlock anyways and it's not going to be a fun experience.
Most folks at Reddit say that their dust gets reduced to zero but not negative. So you actually do get some profit if you spend the dust before it was taken.
Knowing Konami, I have a funny feeling that this game will be filled with whales who normal summons Aleister, which is a shame because I do want to play the digital version of Yugioh without having to rely on ygopro.
Taking out Rapid Fire is a huge blow for Odd Questline Hunters. Most of the games where they're winning are when they draw at least one Rapid Fire. As for Pirate Warrior, I don't think it's enough but Even Warlock stomps Pirate Warriors and with Odd Questline Hunter nerfed, I can see Even Warlock becoming more popular.
As for your take on Sorcerer's Apprentice nerf, I understand that some people would be sad to see this card go but not only that it's broken right now, but it's also very design limiting. This means with new cards, Sorcerer's Apprentice can only get more degenerate from here so the nerf is necessary.
Probably just me, but my head twists one degree clockwise permanently and my life is shortened by one month whenever people argue about pronunciation. Like why should you care? If you get the gist of what the word means, why bother discussing how it's pronounced?
Oh wow. The wyverns summoned by Mulverick would also have the aura effect. This means if your opponent has all 2 health minions, this one card clears the board.
Are Wyverns beasts? It's important because if they are, then they will also reduce the cost of Frostsaber Matriarch.
Nice. I can finally implant my toilet seat to my ass when this game comes to mobile.
So far, it pleasantly surprised me.

Good news, IMO you're quite wrong.

Seems like some folks here are torn because of the Sorcerer's Apprentice's murder?
Trust me. If you've ever played against an ignite mage, you'll know why this is justified. It is the pinnacle of the "Am I dead?" deck.
I thought it says "Weeabomination"
Please throw ignite mage to the garbage bin. That deck is the worst deck to play against in my entire time of playing hearthstone.

YOOOO THAT BURIED SUNDISK BUFF THO
I might start playing the game again now
Oh by the way in the first paragraph, I think you mean Wild Bloodstinger, not Scarlet Webweaver
I hate mecha'thun warlock, but very informational article though. Now I know how to annoy their playstyle >:)
Can I craft Drek'Thar and then disenchant it right before I finish the quest? I feel like going insane while farming Honor points.
What about Snowfall Graveyard making everything 300% slower?
If only the economy of Magic Arena isn't absolute trash, Alchemy would make me consider committing another card game.
Cavalry Horn
I called the big paladin support. I guess the two nickels from those two 8 mana paladin minions aren't for nothing.
The enemy minions doesn't have to have two health since the aura also affects other friendly minions too, which can have different attacks.
