Considering that druid excels at ramp, it's to be expected that the base card is pretty weak. I think it's fairer to judge this card as if it's always played at its max rank.

Unfortunately, Hunters don't have 0 mana spells. which hinders this quite a bit. They do have [card]Lock and Load[/card] though.

It's [card]Violet Teacher[/card], but two less mana and the minion it summons has rush.

Everyfin is cool when you're part of the team.

It's 3 mana give all friendly minions +2/+2. Needless to say, it's really good.

You can draw this with [card]Barak Kodobane[/card] and have a 2 mana 4/4 with rush at turn 6 which is a huge tempo swing.

As a wild player, this card feels amazing. I can taste the delicious Mage tears emanating from this.

I see that a lot of people here miss the secret power of this card, which is that you can immediately play all cards drawn by Barak if you play it on curve.

This card can draw you [card]Tracking[/card], any secret, and [card]Petting Zoo[/card]. Not to mention you can play all of them next turn.

Also, [card]Kazakus, Golem Shaper[/card] mentioned something about mercenaries. Perhaps he's a playable unit for hearthstone mercenaries. A bit farfetched but who knows really.

Wait, does [card]Reckless Apprentice[/card] work with [card]Frost Giant[/card]? If so, that would be quite insane. I assume not though, since Frost Giant does say that YOU need to use the hero power.

Probably the first time I've ever said this, but I'm actually excited to see the demon hunter cards. I'm a real sucker for deathrattles.

3 things that I took away from this news, all of which are great news. Anyfin paladin is not dead, OTK Beasts shenanigans can still happen, and Quest Rogue might actually be very competent.

This is the kind of stuff that urges me to try drawing. These concepts are so excellent that I wanna start trying my own.

[card]Undertaker[/card] was good in like 2014. The game's power level has changed drastically at this point. [card]Arcane Golem[/card] however might be relevant even with the power creeps.
