I dont know, Tar Creeper? Lone Champion? Mind Control Tech? Could be anything to help with early game and/or combat the board, since that was your argument. But if you like Jinyu and it is working out for you, then keep it :)

Here's my first shot at trying a "minion" version of strongholds. I honestly have no clue what I'm doing, lol. I think I like the "quest" idea better, but I still can't figure out how to design their ability to be removed without making it some sort of insta-win if your opponent doesn't have those specific cards in their deck. For example, let's say I made one defeatable by playing a card like a dragon or elemental. If they don't have one of those cards, I'm perfectly safe and they don't stand a chance.
I checked out this guide, and I still can't understand how to do it. I'm not too savvy when it comes to code. Is there another way to explain it?
When you copy bbcode of a deck (there is a button for it on a deck's page), this is what you get . And if you input it in a text editor, when you publish your post, this is how it looks like:

Definitely have to agree with this. I used to run Jinyu as well when i used to play Jade Shaman for exactly the same reason, better body, and even some overload synergy (i had Tunnel Troggs), but at the end of the day, you put that card in to heal yourself and if you cant guarantee that out of Shudderwock, you might as well put a completely different card in the deck that will help prevent the damage taken in a first place better. Healbot is imho a vast superior option, since it is guaranteed.
Great idea with the Peddler, where is Edwin tho? Seems like the coins r kinda pointless otherwise. I mean sure, there will always be use for them, but like you could have put better cards in the deck too. I feel like i dont have any space in my Thief Rogue and there are so many cards id like to put in lol, dont feel like i could justify coins without Edwin.
Do you mean "Last Deck Comments" feature on hpwn? We could maybe add that as another tab to "From Forums" widget, tho maybe then we should rename the widget :) It will most likely be a thing down the line either way, we just want to figure out how to best display it without overcrowding the home page.
This card was not even remotely problematic, and it was so important to the fabled Zoo Priest, which never quite materialized but could have next expansion. Why, Blizzard?
To be honest, gettin the buff on a 1-drop was always so strong. And i know this will be irrelevant for 95% of playerbase, but i love the nerf for arena. It was almost an auto-win situation when that happened and it wasnt even that hard. Always reminded me the old Velen's Chosen power level when played on curve on a 2-drop, was very hard to lose from that position. With Extra Arms, you could have done it turn earlier.
While there are a lot of things you can do as a user to promote your decks, this is one area where I feel the site itself could be improved a great deal: at the moment the forums feel a bit isolated from other sections of the site like news and decks/guides, where discussion might occur as well. It seems to me that having a new deck of news item post as forum threads would direct more traffic towards them and encourage more discussion/interaction from people who might not otherwise see that content.
You are right about that. And better tools for this are planned, but we have to prioritize where to assign dev time, so a lot of things that we need/want have to wait their turn. But we will get there eventually, just you wait! ;-)

You should invest more effort into deck guides. When ppl see you made an effort, they usually appreciate it. Anyone can put 30 cards together, there are many decks like that, so it is no surprise that you werent lucky with landing a discussion about it in yours. Make your deck stand out. Deck-building is hard. Maybe give some thought to your deck names as well.
Sadly, these things are not yet implemented. But you can skip to the last page by clicking on the "arrow" icon in the Last Post column on the forum page.
You can kinda sorta do this, if you have a friend that has all the cards to make a deck you want. You can ask him to make the deck and share it with you in a friendly match.

Im impressed they decided to not hold on to 7-cost for Dr. Boom, which was part of its original flavor.
