  • I find Mage, Rogue, Hunter and Priest are doing quite well for me. Warrior is warrior, can get a 12-0 draft, but can also get a 0-3, but good potential with lots of big good taunts. WL is kinda in a gutter, lack of aoes hurt, but you can always draft aggro and rely on your hero power. Havent rly seen much Shamans. Paladins are ok, but i expected them to do much better to be honest. Druids are about average.

    Thats just my experience tho.

Yeah, the general complaint seems to be that these are bad or are terrible coinflips. And yeah... that's kinda true? Only the Tyrant of Terror would see actual play as as an extra copy of brawl, with the chance of nuke yourself hard and not clearing large minions. The rest are pretty big gambles, so big you wouldn't intentionally include this in a deck unless you absolutely needed another board clear.

I kinda imagine these cards as being too bad to put a in a deck, but good enough to be picked off a discover effect in a desperate moment.

And yeah, flavor maybe over-ruled game balance in their design. At 4 mana, they're just too good to potentially crush an agro opponent. At 5 mana, they're highly questionable, you'd more likely run the card they cast (if it is standard).

No that warrior one is also sh-t. Why do you should use this one over Brawl? Right, there is no reason to do it. Cho'gall was the only one that could see some play, if this were real cards, because a cheap hard removal with a chance getting your hand refilled.

I disagree. Tyrant of Terror is actually pretty strong. 5 dmg aoe generally clears lots of board states and 5 face damage is nothing for warrior, but helps you get some face damage on your opponent; and when it does cast Brawl, it gives added value in throwing one more friendly minion into the mix - itself. This card would easilly see play in any warrior deck. I actually think that it could be balanced at 6 mana, maybe even Epic rarity. At 5 mana, you would see it everywhere 100%.

  • Hi, Aramchek, this is indeed something we want to add, but other stuff took priority so far.

You can use the Last Post feature even for pinned threads, if you view them in the Recent Threads page, not their standard forum page. There, you will see the name of the person who made the last post and the arrow icon that will take you there.

  • I really like the flavor, but those cards are pretty horrible from balance standpoint, be it too weak or too strong. I like the idea, but maybe have them cast effects that wont make the game a 50/50 coin flip as to who wins or loses on the spot.

  • I loved and still love C'thun decks, play some to this day :)

But if im honest, N'zoth is probably my favourite overall.

  • I do like that they make their own story and introduce new lore characters, if it would be just a copy of WOW, i think that would be rather boring. Dont get me wrong, incorporating WOW lore is great and has been done several times with great success, but do your own thing as well.

One thing i am a bit worried about is that some stories might be too "basic", for lack of better word. Year of the Dragon seems quite good so far tho, i just hope that the climax in the 3rd expansion wont be something totally predictable and boringly disappointing. If they do it right this year, i think they set themselves on a great path going forward.

I’ll start- I’m running 7(!) Arcanite Reapers in today’s warrior deck.  Wish me luck!

Wow, that is too many :D Good luck!

  • ^What he said. Currently the part "create an account" of the achievement is not being registered properly, once this issue is fixed, you should get the achievement.

Here's my latest idea. I'm going back to a spell format for now because I like it better and feel it gives better flavor. I'm working with the idea that the very advantage the card gives you is also how it can be destroyed, just like how a fort can be taken if its armies are beaten back or its defenses are destroyed. Exact wording is still being worked on and might require a better keyword for the sake of space.

Be careful about interactions forced upon you on your opponents turn, you can draw on your opponents turn, you cant however discover a demon.

  • Why do you want to force yourself into playing Hunter, when you dont like the class? What is the point of golden Hero, if you are not going to play with it afterwards? Better spend your dust and energy on class you do like to play, so you can enjoy the game ;-)

Btw as Shadows said, warror quest is not very good right now.

  • It would be interesting, but since there is no mode where you can put more than the regular amount of cards in your deck, this cannot happen. Not to mention that after one person played the other, they would have information about their deck and if their teammate was matched with them again, they would have an advantage.

  • Yeah, i wanted to respond to someone else, sorry!

  • I did some calculations and it is 100% worth buying the ONiK for Barnes, if you buy the two wings with gold, you get almost double the amount of dust an average pack would net you. If you buy entire adventure for $20 you get almost triple the dust amount tho. So either way, buy it!

Better craft Millhouse than Face Collector, you will win more games :)

I always assumed everyone crafted their golden Millhouse right away.

You need to have the regular copy too tho, so you can play one regular and one golden copy in your highlander decks!

What about us that didn`t buy any of the wings? How does the math works out there?

    Genuinely interested...

I actually went and did the math, i was interested to see the results and holy hell are they amazing. You get almost triple the dust value for your money, if we compare it to an equivalent of 15 pack bundle. Unless i made an error somewhere :o

If you mean buying entire adventure for real money (since thats the only other option), i havent done that math. If someone wants to do that, feel free.
