Why no Altruis the Outcast? You can build up a ridiculous hand of 0 cost spells, and unleash an Altruis turn that your opponent cannot recover from. Had a match where I got Grave Rune when I played him. My opponent was silly enough to kill him so I ended up with 2 Altruis on my next turn. It was pretty broken.

Gonna pass on this one even though it's a really good deal. I'm only missing a couple of cards from those sets, and I could just easily craft them if I ever really needed them.

@Xarkkal, I like Stray Arrow the best. It really fits hunters style, and it is also super balanced. I it also very interesting to play around, do they drop a small minion to protect their more valuable minions, or do they attack and then play their minions in case it is Explosive Trap? One thing though, would this trigger if there is only 1 adjacent minions? That would fit with how cards like Cleave and Multi-Shot work, but it would also make it super easy to play around by just attacking with your minion to the far left/right of the board.
You may not necessarily want to attack with one of your left/right minions first if those minions are ones you don't want to trigger Freezing Trap. Plus, if you play minions first before attacking because you were checking for other secrets first, you may not have a minion on the edge to attack. I think it adds an interesting additional layer to tricking your opponent in combination with other hunter secrets. It wouldn't necessarily be the first secret you check for.
I'm thinking that yes it would trigger with only 1 adjacent minion. Which is the cards big downside and almost made me have it deal 4 damage instead. But, that also then makes it up to the player to use the secret when they have the potential to get the most value out of it, (like any good Secret player should do).
All that being said, I'm probably not submitting this one, as I feel it's potential and interactions take a lot more time to think about than the amount of time people give a card while voting on it. While going through 20+ cards voting, you need the card to stand out a little bit. And something that seems balanced, underwhelming, and possibly really easy to play around at first glance probably will get voted a lower score than if people spent more time thinking about the card. Idk, I'm just making assumptions on how people vote at this point. I try and put some time into thinking about everyone's card before making a vote, but I know there are times I make a determination too fast before thinking about all the possibilities.

I left Heartpwn for good when OoC launched. Run away and don't look back. This place is full of good people, and is ran by people who actually care about this game and the community. And Flux and Co. listen to your feedback, and implement good suggestions (very quickly).
I can't speak for banning, but I don't see you getting banned here for calling Nozdormu racist.
The team that runs Hearthpwn is just trying to make money off of the hard work that Flux and Co. did over there for years. They are feeding on the hard work of others, and don't care to do anything for the community to make it better.
Welcome home to OutofCards! You are welcomed here with open arms!

I don't do this anymore, but I used to pretty much only play casual, and I used to play T1 decks there. My reasoning was stupid, and I wish I had just played ladder so I would be closer to 500/1000 wins with all the classes. When I first started playing, ladder felt like it was this "all powerful" place where I was playing against people who were better and had larger collections than me. I went to ladder with a tense mindset (which probably made me lose games I should have won), and I would get triggered when I would lose more than one game in a row and watch my rank drop.
As time went on, I got over that initial "ladder fear", but I would still play most of my games in casual. This was because I mostly get chances to play when I go and smoke a cigarette, or when on a break at work. Too often I would find myself not having time to play a full game, so to prevent myself from having to concede and lose stars, I opted to just play in casual instead where it wouldn't matter if I had to quickly concede and get back to work.
Now, my rank means nothing to me, and I just play whatever in ladder just for the opportunity to unlock my remaining 500/1000 win portraits.
All that being said... This is probably not true for most people, and the real reason is people just want to quickly farm as much gold as they can, and they go to casual to prey on people like you who are just fucking around with meme decks.

Ooo, this will be fun. Secret Hunter has been one of my favorite decks ever since I started playing it back in MSoG! Here's what I've come up with so far. Any feedback is much appreciated, and I'll try to go through and give some feedback to others before I head to bed tonight.
True Companionship - Call upon one of your Animal Companions when you need one most, while your opponent is adding minions to their board. Helps regain tempo against aggro decks.
Stray Arrows - Inspired off of other Hunter "board clears" such as Grievous Bite and Explosive Shot. Most of the time would be easy to play around, but would also force your opponent to think about their positioning and attack order. Could create some sticky situations for your opponent when they are forced to decide if your secret is Stray Arrows, or Freezing Trap.
@linkblade91 - I would like Smokescreen the best if you removed the "until your next turn". Especially with the new Stealth cards Rogue received in AoO. Give you a chance to do something with that Stealth. Counter Strike is my 2nd favorite. Nothing to say, it's solid. Feedback Blast I feel is too powerful for a Hunter Secret, and the art also doesn't feel like a Hunter card. Maybe it would be better as a Mage Secret?
@KANSAS - I prefer Retaliating Flame, but I'm unsure of it's current form. With the "play 3 cards" requirement and looking at the power level of Paladin's and Hunter's cards, I think it would be better to remove the face damage, and increase the amount of damage dealt to minions. And yes, periods. I know there are some sticklers for grammatical errors, (myself included).
@DestroyerR - My only complaint is how annoying this will be with the amount of random spell generation that Mage has.
@anchorm4n - It's kind of a worse Frost Nova, but at the same time could still have it's uses. You're right that at first glance it doesn't look like much, but the more I think about it, the more I see the potential that it has. I would really hate Secret mage having this added to the arsenal.
UPDATE:
Got a 2nd idea for True Companionship, turning it into a Legendary secret. It's probably way too powerful.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK: (for a couple of people below me)
Show Spoiler
@Conduit - The wording is a little odd, but I think it fits the flavor of a Rogue counterspell well.
@Nirast - I like the idea, I've always wanted them to add that interaction into the game, and I think this does it in a way that isn't overpowered at all.
@Almaniarra - My biggest concern with this is giving Rogue another way to add permanent Lifesteal to Kingsbane again. There's a reason Leeching Poison was nerfed. I don't have any good suggestions for a different name.
Unfortunately no, we do not allow people to edit or remove their cards after submitting :( We always suggest people come here first if they want feedback on their ideas.
RIP
Well hey, you won your first competition at least! :
Wow, thanks. Can I post my suggestions for a theme in this thread or should I PM them?
If you could PM ShadowsOfSense or myself, that would be preferable :)
Will do. Did not expect to win the first competition I took part it, the card was put together rather quickly and I wasn't that happy with its overall balancing of parameters, actually had some ideas on how to slightly iterate on it but I guess you guys were satisfied with it regardless.^
I think it's because you had a very unique and interesting effect that was pretty much spot on for the competition. I honestly saw your card the first time and thought, "Well, that one's the winner!"
Congrats on the win! Very deserved and welcome to the competitions!

I don't think they wanted to nerf him to oblivion. Especially because DH has so few legendaries atm. It would be silly for them to nerf one into the unplayable status. I think the should have just bumped him to 4 mana, and kept the attack at 3. But I understand their logic in keeping him powerful.

They'll need 2 years of data and community bitching before they start to "look" at it. And during that time, they'll probably print new secret cards that break it even more.
To be fair, Secret Mage really only became a major problem during SoU with the new toys they got. So it hasn't been that long.
That being said, I do wish they'd do something. It can be a rather frustrating and un-fun deck to play against. Just the fact that most wild decks run 1 secret tech shows how big of an issue it is.

Do you think you can start adding links to the top of the report that jump you down to each class? This is especially needed for mobile. If you're reading this report on mobile, and want to skip down to say, Warlock, it is A LOT of scrolling. It would be nice to just hit a Warlock link that takes you down to the Warlock report.
Just a thought, no idea how hard that would be to implement.

Ashes of Outland introduced a remarkably consistent tutor in Scavenger’s Ingenuity, and with only one Beast in our updated featured build, you’re sure to draw either Zixor, Apex Predator or Zixor Prime.

I have 0 HS friends. All my friends on Bnet only play other games. Anyone I have added in-game only adds me to yell insults about my mother because I beat them. Maybe a clan/guild system would be really good for the social aspect of the game?

I just got absolutely worked by an Odd DH that had an entire golden deck. Does Whizbang the Wonderful have DH decks?
His list had Fungalmancer and [Hearthstone Card (Firefly) Not Found] in it.

Paladin's woes have nothing to do with the HP. In fact, I would argue Paladin's hero power is one of the most powerful in the game.
Hey targus, Phase Stalker is a beast too
