    Oh wow I didn't think they'd actually nerf the Watch Posts already. They made it sound like they were only watching them for now, but I'm happy to not have to see them in every single deck.

    Pen flinger nerf will kill it in Rogue (thank god), but I fear it will leave Paladin unchanged. They mostly just play them for the insane tempo swings anyways (although I suppose it's neat that you no longer have to eat 8 damage every turn while they keep spamming giant recruits.

    Sword of the Fallen nerf is pretty significant, but I doubt it will be enough to slow down Libram Paladin, that deck doesn't rely on draw as much as it just steamrolls you from turn 1 on.

    Pretty sure Deck of Lunacy nerf does nothing overall. Sure, it's slower and you can't win games starting form turn 2....but the deck itself is still incredibly powerful and Lunacy is now enough to just outvalue slower decks.

    Jandice Nerf seems good enough. Making her summon 4-drops would make her unplayable because many of those are just hot garbage. At this point she can't just lock down the game when coined so that's good.

     

    Honestly I'm not all that happy with the nerfs because I feel like the top meta decks will keep being top meta decks, even if they are weaker, while everyone else still has to come to terms with the fact that they can'T beat both Mage and Paladin at the same time.

     

    Probably gonna have another set of nerfs in two weeks...or at least I hope so.

     

    Meta decks beign still the top after nerfs is Fine, aslogn arent tier 0 its fine. a deck shoukdnt be nerfed/gutted JUST because its tier 1(cause else may as well keep nerfing evrything that sees play forever). and goal of nerfs is to bring ti in line NOT destroy it forever(ala warsong or buzzard style nerfs)

    Not nerfing Refreshing Spring Water is insanity. The ridiculous value of draw 2 cards for 0 has caused me far more anger than Lunacy.

    I would have liked the heal+summon 8/8 Libram to lose taunt too but you can't have everything.

    I dont see them ever removing the taunt from the libram IF anythign theyd nerf its stats or the divin shield. Its meant to be defensive card which is why the summon has taunt. Removing that would change the purpose of the card

    I would have put Lunacy at 5-mana. Just kill it for good. No Minion Mage is likely to still be very strong after this, and I think you'd still run Deck of Lunacy even if you hold off on playing it until the late-game. Refreshing Spring Water needs to be hit.

    Watchtower, Pen Flinger, and Jandice nerfs are very good and needed, but they need to hit Paladin harder. Sword of the Fallen is still an S-tier card with 2-durability. They need a bigger hit on their early game. First Day of School still has a 70%+ Mulligan WR in every kind of deck. Just make it a 1-mana card already, even if that probably kills it. Aldor Attendant should be reverted to a 2-drop, and Aldor Peacekeeper should probably be a 4/5. I wouldn't even mind seeing Libram of Justice go back to 6-mana. Right now the deck is simply too versatile at every stage of the game.

    NO aldor shouldnt be reverted, not shoudl peacekeeper be nerfed.

    I just really dont liek diamodn cards:How they look , i think they look far worse then regular and golden cards and not good a tall(and i wouldve persoanly rather had a normal or golden samuro from the tavern pass reward track instead of diamond one)

    The changes are probably hitting stealth rogue since its basically the old version from scholomance and team5 already said many times they prefer things to move on.

    I doubt the watchposts would be hit at all. All three play specific functions. Its no coincidence that we're seeing more Far Watch Post now since mage can't really destroy this thing outside of Devolving Missiles, which they don't mulligan for anyway. After the nerf, I'd expect Mor'shan Watch Post to be more prominent instead.

    That paladin nerf is likely to be Sword of the Fallen, although I wouldn't be too surprised to see Libram of Hope upped 1 mana, or Aldor Attendant becoming a 2 drop again. To be honest, hitting the librams would be the smarter choice in my opinion.

    maybe but thats alot less cards aviable then in normal expansion

    and still 1 card maybe 2w would have to be crazy good(brokne) to make sahdowform not absolutly useless. even more so afterr they nerfed it.

    Amt it feels like the shadowform beign in core set is there for token support/watse  aslot more then being somethign thyey will actulyl support. It can change but amt thats how feels/Looks like.

  • For standard is good and all, but i od still beleive they shouldve actulyl waited wiht  any nerf until expansion was actully out.

    but for wild(is which is most of what i play) i dont like it and as far i See it, the card is now dead in wild, odd cant run it and kingsbane cant corrupt it anywhere near relably enough anymore.

    We got all cards revealed now;

    and Got a single shadow spell.

    nothing to do with shadowform AT ALL

    just a single decent shadow spell and no hero power synergy and no shadow spell damage or somethign unique to sahdow spells.

    which slaso onyl got a single off.

    I expected More from their shadowform/shadowpriest pushing /support theyd do

    i have big doubts will be anything good enough that the 3dmg shadowform would be broken.

    I don't think this helps the fact that the problem with handbuffing is that you gimp yourself for a turn to get a better turn later. However, that also means you basically passed a turn and your opponent gets 2 turns of development. Glowstone Technician worked in standard when it got buffed because you could hit massive deathrattles like Mechano-Egg, you got a 3/4, you just benefit from playing bigger magnetic minions and you get to run Kangor's Endless Army. Warrior needs some better handbuff targets, some better ways to handbuff or something that allows you to regain the tempo loss from playing these cards (exhibit A: Animated Broomstick, the all-purpose card that makes any jank worth considering whether it's viable).

    and also needs better card DRAW.

    handbuff palladin works becuas 1mana draw 2 that tutors  and divine favour.

    But at 2 mana, I think you can play it without much tempo loss. Hell, once it’s at rank 3, you can play this card and follow it up by playing a couple buffed minions on the same turn.

    Palladin has 1mana verison of it and it only has seen play in wild(never in standard) with mechs and divine favour and crystology (which are really the glue that makes the deck stick together for palladin)

    and warrior has  a+2/2 buf for 1mana but only for taunts.

    I Dont think its worth it this.

  • Well thats a first a board buff for warrior.

     

    Dont think will see play though, power of wild has same 2mana 1/1 buff but can aslo summon a 3/2 and druid has much better board flood capabilties then warrior.

    Probably, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. The solo content was widely regarded to be disappointing, and I hated having to grind through it to unlock cards. The mini sets are reasonably priced, they shake up the meta, and they offer “advanced” features (like mixing the keywords across different sets) that Blizzard is intentionally holding back in the simpler main sets. It’s all good. 

    and here you can aslo just craft.

    Like for naxx at time if played paly only and wher ejust inrettsed in avenga had to wait till final wing released and then beat KT for a set of commosn (80dust) and basicly ahd to pay 2800 gold for it.
