The final card back design stream is taking place this afternoon. We'll get to see the finalized concept for the upcoming September 2020 card back which is themed off of Faerie Dragon.
The stream is headed by Luke Mancini who will be doing all the design for the card back and Hadidjah Chamberlain, Hearthstone's Lead FX Artist, will be present to help answer community questions.

Card Back Progression
Here's what the card back looked like at the end of both of the previous streams. In the first image, you can see how the card back on the right was given a frame and cleaned up a bit, moving away from its color experiment. The second image, which is from Wednesday's stream, is where a lot of the smaller details started to get worked on and the coloring was solidified.

Wouldn't mind if they did this once a year. Its a nice simple way to involve to community and let them see the hard work that goes into the card back, and create some hype for upcoming seasons.It's really cool seeing the behind the scenes and watching the artists process. This is a fantastic card back, and I can't wait to add this to my collection!
