There are privacy settings?
There are, but not that many. From "Options", section "Other" you can find "Privacy" and from there "Privacy Settings". There you can select or deselect e.g. location settings and personalized shop offers.
I see.
One of the things I have long appreciated about HS is that unless I specifically add someone to my friends list, they can only Emote at me.
Default HS feels quite private, so I was a little confused about further controls.
I wonder how many Merc bug patches we're gonna get. Seems like they keep finding new ones.
I just encountered a fun new one recently: Scabbs Combo effect will not proc if an ability was used that had its speed altered by any means...for whatever reason. I'm not even going to try to understand how that happens.
I’ll note that that last nerf isn’t a general Elemental nerf: It’s a Millhouse Elemental nerf.
A thing about BG balance that I never understood are the stat adjustments. In a game mode where you can easily buff a lot your minions, does it really matter if a minion starts as 6/4 rather than 8/4?
I mean, in my last game, thanks to a golden Nomi, the elementals in my tavern got all +74/+74 lol
Stats matter, especially in the earlier rounds. You won't live long enough to assemble your ultimate board simply because you lost that extra 6 health because your minion did not have that 2 attack to tie that one round. And this happens more often that one thinks.
Also matters for resummons from kangor
Yes, because often times starting stats (i.e. base stats) of a minion are during pivotal turns where that breakpoint of attack or health can make a difference. And that breakpoint creates a snowball effect (not necessarily for you either). Also in the case of Holy mecheral, it gains divine shield when a condition is fufilled. Thus people often treat divine shield as effectively "doubling" a minion's attack. (so that minion was dealing 16 damage out with baseline stats under semi-optimal conditions. Now it will only be dealing 12 damage out under the same circumstances.)
