The card reveal schedule for Descent of Dragons is now live!
- Reveal season starts on November 21 - just over two weeks away!
- There are 45 cards showcased on the reveal site.
- Together with the 36 cards revealed at BlizzCon, that gives us 81 cards revealed out of 140.
- The reveal chart does not account for all reveals though, there are always surprise ones between countdowns.
You can see all the previews down below alongside their pacific time, or you can head on over to our dedicated Descent of Dragons card reveal schedule, which will also give you the source of each reveal.

okay calling it now, Nov 28 is Shaman legendary lightning dragon.
The Nov 29 card looks like a cross-breed between Shudderwock and Muckmorpher
The Pre-expansion-pre-reveal-post-teaser-post-trailer' season is officially on!
.. think I forgot to add the post-announcement's announcement in there
I hope Blizzard will throw us a bone or two before 21st...
They usually do give us one or two cards before the documented reveals start, so I reckon they will throw us that bone here as well.
I'm sure there's some marketing reason for it, but I've never understood why they don't start reveal season right after the announcement and capitalize on the hype. Instead they wait three weeks before they're willing to say anything else about it.
If they started it right away the hype season would end weeks before release, as opposed to days before release.
There's probably some method to fix that.
I reckon revealing a "pack filler" card (or at the very least, one that's extremely basic) alongside the cards we're most excited about in the reveal season would be a way. That way, they'd at least still get the more flashy card to talk about.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were better ways to do this. Just an idea I thought of in a second.
If they did a couple less reveals per day and didn't do their 30 card dump after their final live stream, they could easily do 4 weeks of reveals.
However, it being that long of a reveal season can feel fatiguing. I do hope we get a couple reveals each week before these begin. I fully expect at least one blog with some news on Sidequests at some point between now and release.
I would also prefer a longer reveal season, and i find the final dump completely useless.
Imo, the reveals should either last longer, and/or leave more cards unknown until the very release day.
I personally don't mind the way it's currently set up, but a little less time between initial reveal and the daily reveals starting would be nice. The easiest way to do that might be to wait another week or so for the initial reveal. But of course with BlizzCon they had to do the reveal when they did. For the other two sets in a year they could wait to shorten that gap.
It almost feels like this was given to us earlier than usual.
Maybe because half the reveals don't actually have URLs yet. If you look at the master reveal countdown page we have setup, you'll find most of the reveals say Blizzard. I put that as a placeholder value until we find out where the reveal will actually be.
Card reveal for Kibler, I see. Does this mean he's not doing the final reveal stream? Possibly put out to pasture for his protest over the Hong Kong debacle?
