July 6 TITANS Card Reveals
Here are all the cards that Blizzard have revealed today, July 6 2023, for Titans.
Comments
Summon 3/2 Imps each turn!? Not at the end of just your turn like the other portals. This is bonkers if it procs on the opponents turn. Just the ability to give them taunt and +2 health means at the beginning of their turn you have two 3/4 taunts in the way and two more to come next turn as well. The other two abilities are just icing on the cake.
Neeru has the same wording and only summons at the end of your own turns
That's why I said "if"
The portal token says “end of your turn”, so the wording on Sargeras is just to save space in the text box. But it is clearly defined by the portal itself.
I am quite surprised Sargeras has the demon tag but not complaining. Like dapper said, I'm glad the effect is a battlecry but gonna laugh when someone accidentally summons him and...no affect 🤣
Just amazing. I was wondering what team5 was going to do because sargeras is obviously a demon and there's tons of ways for warlock to cheat out demons early. So they made him completely worthless without triggering the battlecry. Or at least that's what I assume his battlecry is going to do: summon a twisting nether portal, of which his powers will then work with.
So. Is this a good titan? Possible one of the best if Im honest, simply because you can pick the option to buff the two imps into 3/4 taunts, ensuring that without burn damage your opponent has little to no chance against you. That alone is enough to win games.
Maybe team5 would introduce a card that would further buff minions from twisting nether portals, or have one that summons a portal to begin with, so its possible to cheat sargeras out early without losing too much of his power. We'll have to see.
That's assuming the portal IS the Twisting Nether, and the latter isn't something completely different (they haven't updated the gallery as of time of writing). Either way, I think this is gonna be one of Warlock's mechanics this expansion, stuff to do with Twisting Nether (not Twisting Nether).
Edit: I stand corrected, it's The Twisting Nether. Like this is the proper one, the spell is... I donno, something else. Also, one of the abilities is Inferno!, not to be confused with INFERNO!. Very different.
