Whizbang is back in business, and just like his counterpart card from The Boomsday Project, this card, allows you to play some new decks. It's a bit more unhinged than his Boomsday card though as your decks aren't deck recipes. Instead, they come with some unique catch and even some exclusive tokens.
What deck you get appears to be based on your class. We have some token cards that give a hint as to what you can expect in those decks.
Demonxz95 is the main "fan creation guy" on Out of Games, specializing in showcasing fan-made content from the Hearthstone community, with the occasionally unrelated article on the side. His love for card games started with Yu-Gi-Oh when he was a child and has since seen a resurgence with Hearthstone and MTG.

I'm SO bothered by the fact that most of them say "This deck" but two of them say "Your deck." How about consistency?!?!?!
So ... Quests confirmed? I assume they would have said "from the past" if they were from the past.
Probably not. One, they definitely would've come out the gate with that. Two, it specifies Shaman Quests, and I seriously doubt they're adding three Quests per class. If I had to guess, the token puts Unite the Murlocs, Corrupt the Waters, and Command the Elements in play as one mega-quest.
