The biggest one of them is the theme and some mechanics from the next expansion, which should launch sometime in August. This translation is confirmed to be somewhat accurate by Reddit user Solid0528 in the post linked above. The expansion looks to be beached-themed (aligning with the teaser from a few months ago), set on a vacation island. It will feature tourists (likely characters from Hearthstone's past), extreme paradise jobs, delicious drinks (cycles of cards, perhaps?), and the ability to reopen locations.
The notes also mention the return of Baku and Genn to the Core set until Patch 30.0. That would be the patch when the expansion releases, so expect some news about an event announcing their return coming soon. Finally, Buddies will make a return to Battlegrounds (Google Lens translated that as "Comrades"), both in the base version and Duos.

Vacation-themed set is a popular idea that I didn't think we'd see, but I'm all for it.
Genn and Baku coming back is an eye-opener, but if it's for only one patch, then it actually might be kinda fun.
Leak seems legit as it ties into the expansion teaser we got at the beginning of the year and wouldn't be surprised if all expansions this year do call backs to past characters we've seen before due to the 10th birthday. My only worry with the above translations is the ability to "re-open locations". This could go 1 of 2 ways. The ability to activate a closed location (after the turn it was used). This mechanic could be really broken or really useless depending on the location used. The other way it could be implemented is "resurrecting" a location that used up all it's durability. This could be very scary seeing as locations have so much value already.
I want to point out that if the translation is correct, we will get Genn and Baku very soon, and they will leave when the next expansion launches. Because it says until Patch 30.0. Currently we're in 29.x cycle, and 30.0 will be the patch with this new vaction-themed expansion.

The original screenshot definitely says 30.0, and I can't imagine they'd release it with the expansion, since that would split the attention, so it'll happen soon. I'm guessing late June/early July, maybe with the Fire Festival?
