Time warden. Loves posing for pictures but is also bad at it.
The card itself is pretty weird so fits for an epic. Dragons are expensive so will be hard getting more than 1 trigger but maybe that is enough. This is probably a turn 6 play with the 1 mana spell next turn to make it worth it.
