This card is going to probably be absurd, especially since Mage got a handful of spell damage support this expansion.
Unless this gets nerfed, I expect this to be Mage's staple card draw in standard and wild until something better comes around.
If you manage to accumulate some spell power, this will be a powerful draw engine
Interesting buildaround, maybe it works.
With all the ways to generate or pay cards to give your spell damage that will be coming out, or are currently in the meta, this is a great card. Especially if you drop an Incanter's Flow first and this spell pays for itself easily.
