Mulligan tips:

Always keep Learn Draconic, Font of Power, Ancient Mysteries and Incanter's Flow;
If you already have Incanter's Flow in your opening hand, consider keeping Arcane Intellect;
If you're matched against Demon Hunter, consider keeping Frostbolt or Ray of Frost;
Always mulligan your big burst spell: in the end, this deck's win condition is based on spell damage, so you want your Fireballs and your Apexis Blasts to be as cheap as possible.

Any specific reason for not running Evocation? I would certainly consider adding it to any no minion mage list. It is not a super vital card but has the potential to save your ass in the late game.

To be honest I had the exact same question when I found the list online: I guess Magic Trick does the trick (pun intended), but I can see a world where you swap out a copy for Evocation.
Let's just say that this build is a little more budget friendly lol
