Yesss, that's right boys… RENO C'Thun Shaman!

First of all… YES, you see correctly… Another one of my non-top-tier decks with high potential and possibility to climb on ladder and have a fun with it!

ABOUT ME

Just quickly want to say, that I'm really big fan of any Reno deck variation, so on my profile you can find mostly Reno decks (except few) for almost all classes- so just click on that profile and find the one which u just wanna try out  - but still don't forget to upvote or write some comment! And now… let's start!

Informations about deck, winrate, card choices will be updated soon as the new expansion hits my collection.

(Such a lazy guy, huh?)

  • Hey

I am a really big fan of the shaman class. I really want to play this deck. The win condition is to out-value your opponent with all the heals and boardclears. So you play your C'Thun buff things, Reno, Grumble and Doppelgangster for your Shudderwock Combo. So you heal yourself, buff your C'Thun and get Shudderwock (hopefully) back to your hand for 1 mana.
I think, that C'Thun is the finisher in this deck.

Am I missing something in the strategy of this deck?
When you write the guide or maybe help me, I will definitely craft the only missing card for this deck (Reno).

Maybe I will try it later today on my own.

Edit: If i see right you play Jepetto Joybuzz and C'Thun. They counter each other, aren't they?

    • Hello there,

So first of all, yeah I will write guide as soon as I can, but nowadays I don't have much time to even be on computer so...:/

But yeah, you catch the strategy correctly, but about C'thun as a Finisher together with your edit - C'thun isn't necessary the finisher, C'thun's Battlecry can be used with Shudderwock again.

Situation which is happening to me all the time is playing Shudderwock on your clear board and u have 100% that u will get it back - Baleful Banker will give him in to your deck, Slasher or Zola will add him to your hand.

Of course if Grumble's Battlecry will bounce them for 1 mana you are good to go, but f.e. if you are playing C'thun before Shudderwock then you most likely want f.e. Slasher's battlecry more than Grumble's - Shudderwock will do 8 dmg (C'thun's Battlecry) instead of 6, it is of course much longer run to go with this one, but that's a way how to play it aswell, and from around 60 games Jepetto didn't hit C'thun even once.

I don't really see a game in which it would hurt you when he will draw C'thun, because of that (Longer) Shudderwock way.

Hope I answered anything, hope u will like it and as I said, I will upload guide with matchups, cards, tech choices and Win Rates as soon as I can:)
