This deck Is a shell. As a new player, it is there to help you protect yourself from the big bad evil meta decks you can't afford yet. If you have something to fill the shell with, That's even better! while playing this deck, you'll earn daily gold and eventually be able to fill it with a ton of awesome cards that will make it much more powerful but in the meantime, This is a fantastic start. 

Once you have the dust for it, you can add any number of these fantastic cards: 
Mana Cyclone: for maximum card generation
Stargazer Luna: since most of your cards are cheap, might as well draw more!
Archmage Antonidas: getting fire balls for all those cheap spells, is a great deal.
Doomsayer for the early game, before you start putting down minions
Bloodmage Thalnos : a bit of damage, a bit of cards draw, what's better?
Khadgar : With all the units you'll be putting on board, might as well get more!
