I've always loved C'Thun so a limited format like the Gods, Gadgetzan, and Gurubashi Brawl Block is a great format to finally see the old Old God be meta, if only for a moment!
But also in a limited format you really need to push for synergy and tempo, so I'm locked in on using the Jades mechanic, for which I picked Rogue. Because it's the worst of the three in terms of using Jades, meaning it's also the most fun of the three!
There is a serious lack of card draw in these sets as well, which would have likely felt normal for expansion sets a year or two ago when you think about it... One way around this is our old friend Patches the Pirate! Including him and a few other pirates allows for thinning the deck by one more card, getting us to the C'Thun pieces a little faster, while also providing tempo.
I forgot this particular Brawl Block already happened so I made this list instead of just using the existing C'Thun Jade Rogue list on the site. It is basically played exactly as I already alluded to above: Mulligan for low cost pirates other than Patches, as well as low cost Jade and/or C'Thun cards. Then play for tempo, make smart trades and smorc when there either is no trade, or you feel safe that a trade isn't necessary.
I've been playing this Brawl a lot, some with this deck and some with a Zoo'Thun Warlock list (which was so so). This Rogue list was doing pretty well!
Enjoy!
