Depends on the cost of mana biscuits, but will most likely be very strong.

Is this card just banking up two mana to use on a future turn? How often do you really want to float two mana even if it is to save it for later? Unless this is for some multiple spells on a single turn kind of thing. Played with any kind of mana reduction and you do end up gaining mana by playing it.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Spending a card to bank mana doesn't feel good, plus it's dead against aggro. It doesn't even let you add temporary mana, so it's not like you can cheat out something big the next turn.
Would be better if it also drew a card, but even then maybe not good enough.
If the Mana Biscuit is 0 mana... Looking forward to a lot of "AH HA!!!"s in Wild soon.
EDIT: What am I saying?! Even if they cost 1 mana, as soon as the first Apprentice hits the board they cost 0.
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
Power level aside, isn't that A. F. Kay in the art?
Malygos mage?
Malygos,Arcane Missiles,biscuit,Frostbolt,biscuit,Frostbolt for 24 dmg.
And a new +2 spell damage dormant minion was revealed. Combo both of them for 36 dmg. Really cool.
By The Holy Light!
Combo's gotta combo. Also this card made me hungry.
Depending on the meta, this will either be the most powerful card to exist for mage, or straight up the most useless. Being able to trade mana in an earlier turn for one later is incredibly powerful for a class that combos alot, and mage is always hungering for more mana.
Mana Biscuit ?!
Goliath, I'll need your help ; is this canon ?
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
This is insane for most mage decks, it can help control decks float some mana for later, so they can make more plays in one turn. But where i think it will see most play is in some kind of OTK deck. People probably immediatly think Malygos or Archmage Antonidas to combo with, but that seems so slow. Why not use Kael'thas Sunstrider instead? Kael'thas Sunstrider + 1 Sorcerer's Apprentice can be enough to cheat out lot's of big spells thanks to lots of 1 mana cards.
As someone who tried Kael'thas Sunstrider OTK mage several times before during this expansion, the problem with that deck was always 1 simple thing: Mana. You often didn't have enough mana thanks to the Kael'thas Sunstrider nerf, and with Conjure Mana Biscuit you can effectively negate that nerf/weakness and OTK. Before this you actually had to run Raid the Sky Temple and 2x Licensed Adventurer in order to get enough coins for the combo, but now that's all solved by Conjure Mana Biscuit.
But having said all that, the current Archmage Vargoth OTK is way better than this OTK, so i guess Conjure Mana Biscuits best time to shine is after the rotation. But Conjure Mana Biscuit is probably going to see a lot of play eventually, i would be very surprised if it doesn't see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
A.F. Kay does love her snacks!
This card looks really good to me. Synergizes with a whole variety of things. Maybe we see Mana Wyrm make a comeback? Or Mana Addict?

This plus the new Pheonix spell damage card can make for some BIG burst turn. Maybe works as some type of antonidas combo to fill your hand with fireballs, then just murder your opponent with burst.

Mana Cyclone fodder. SOOOOO good
This will enable some broken combos that will enrage a lot of players, calling it now. I mean, Mozaki, Master Duelist and Archmage Antonidas are still in Mage, together with Sorcerer's Apprentice...
most likely will fit into the small spells mage package with Mana Cyclone. Might see uses elsewhere, like everyone above throwing out possible ideas :)
