I had the "brilliant" idea of making an Even Reno Mage deck, it will probably be a midrange or control deck, I just need to find a way to win the game now
fun fact: Even mage was one of the first semi-popular witchwood decks on week 1.
how can we get these into odd mage
Reckless would be VIP in Odd Mage
Everyone crazy about the legendary, but holy hell the Apprentice is a strong card.
I won't even play it because I'm putting Kazakus in my deck.
Well, you win, sir :D
Step one: Remove Pyroblast
Step two: go nuts
okay, I was wondering why Coldaara Drake was in the Mage Core set, this is why.
Nice payoff card, if you can pull it off.
Also helps with the question of what mage was going to do without it's face spells
Hero power package went from 0 play to potential 5 stars real quick
I never ruled it out though I knew it was there for a reason.
They finally found a way to make the pre-alpha Shaman legendary for Rastakhan's Rumble into a card!
WTF
Pyroblast to all enemies, plus a 10/10 on board? Sign me up.
Looks pretty solid, mage needs some good cards in this expansion.
Well we have Fallen Hero in core 2021
How will Reckless Aprentice work in other classes if they manage to generate that? Ok, Priest will heal all enemies. But apart from that? Hunter deal two to the Hero for each enemy minion? Rogue? Warrior? Shaman?
especially warlock... but probably hero powers that can't target won't do anything?
Likely limited to targetable hero powers.
I wonder how it would work with Hunter + Dwarven Sharpshooter though. (If that is indeed the case)
Battlecries can fizzle. It happens all the time.
So mage is going back to HP cards? Could be interesting to see how they try do make it work this time.
