The Lobotomizer is probably not good enough to see much play. Standard Rogue just has too many much more relevant weapons, and hand/deck spying is often a bait (just look at Chameleos). Not saying this card will never find a home, I just think there isn't enough support to merit playing it over other weapons.
Fun to see a classic WoW weapon, but yeah I'll never see this seeing play over Blackwater Cutlass.

Flavor aside, it's a nice value generator, and most times you'll get a useful card seeing as most opponents wouldn't put garbage in their deck.

Not very good. Requires the effect to trigger to be good, but even then you don't know if the card you're getting works for you. Fun meme card in Thief Rogue at best.
I mean, it's a 2 mana 2/2 weapon that sometimes could draw you a card (albeit one that you didn't put in your deck). Good for Thief Rogue, and you don't necessarily need to hit minions with exactly 2 Health because of things like Deadly Poison. I don't think you runs this card in anything other than Thief Rogue.

Arena: Livewire Lance is crazy good in Arena partly because lackeys are broken, but also because it represents both value and tempo in one card. With The Lobotomizer you're not guaranteed the value but is one mana cheaper than its comparison. However, it's in rogue which means we have to factor in that we decrease the value of our hero power by drafting weapons. My bet is that it's ever so slightly weaker than Livewire Lance, but still one of the best cards you can draft in rogue.
Constructed: Unless you're playing Burgle Rogue you don't care about cards in your opponents deck.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Yup. I'd draft this. Optimally a 2 mana draw two with upside. It shouldn't take long to find a turn to hit something for two. I'll trust my opponent has good cards.

Burgle Rogue support, but also an efficient way of dealing with little minions and getting pseudo draw, pretty decent.
More burgle rogue support. As a burgle rogue entheusiast, i love it. But even i can tell that it isn't that good of a card. Can generate value in a control/midrange meta i guess. The best possible place for it i think is in a Find the Imposter deck, because of that one gadget. This way you can guarantee what your going to get?
But the worst thing about [Hearthstone Card (Lobotomizer) Not Found] is that it's HORRIBLE in mirror matches, because then it only gives information about your opponents next draw. In burgle decks it wont even do anything. In wild during mirror matches it doesn't generate cards for Spectral Cutlass or progress Bazaar Burglary. I'm very.. unoptimistic about [Hearthstone Card (Lobotomizer) Not Found], even in burgle decks.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
How often is this effect going to actually be useful?
If this unconditionally gets a copy, then its great. But unfortunately, it needs to honor kill for 2 in order to trigger, which drastically reduces its consistency.
The irony is that this will likely consistently work against most decks that play for tempo, which would probably give you a card you won't be using, only rarely will this ever turn out to be a winner.
The genius level play is to play out Spy-o-matic, honor kill something and simulate a discover a card from your opponent's topdecks. But that's stretching it so far I wouldn't think that's a winning play.
Looks terrible to me on account of the fact that cards from your opponent's deck might not work with your at all. What does Rogue do with Flesh Giant for instance?
This should have just been a flat "on kill" and it would have been balanced. Having to go the extra mile just to get a mystery box just isn't good.
I tried having fun once.

If you can get the honorable kill on both uses is a good card, if not is just meh

Poisons can boost it to make HK easier but it feels that weapon deck has better choices to pick from.
Not only does it give you some card value, but you also get some insight as to what will be in hand. Not a bad card and should trigger often enough in the early game.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
The Honor Kill can be a bit tricky, and it only gets a copy, so it's not a Gnomeferatu on a literal stick.

Not worth it if you can't activate the Honorbale Kill, but only one activation is fine enough. Probably not enough to make the cut in decks not dedicated to thievery, but worth considering in Burgle Rogue.

Decent card. Name is amazing though, made me remember the movie Sucker Punch.
Seems like a decent card. Not insane, since it shouldn't reliably trigger the HK effect, but still good enough to see play.
