Wild Highlander decks with new expansion
Hi guys, I have a question to experienced wild players - which Highlander deck do you expect to be the strongest with new cards incoming?
I have never played Wild before, but the re-introduction of the mechanic makes me really want to try them out. Problem is, I used to dust most of my collection when they rotated out. (I am just poor, don't blame me, and it was the easiest way to stay competitive in Standard. I didnt disenchent anything from last rotatiotn though, so I have almost full collection of ungoro, knights and kobolds).
So I am really looking for predictions, which Highlander deck do you think will be the best. Probably warlock or Mage and I guess Warlock. But if I could get some thoughts on the matter from some experienced Wild Players, that would be really appreciated since I want to spend my dust best possible way while crafting wild cards.
Cheers!

I will try highlander quest driud. But I'm not sure, I'd that's any good.
You will certainly need Kazakus (mage, warlock and priest) and Reno. The other cards are not that important. You can just go with powerful minions & spells.
Reno Mage is looking good again after dropping away from the Meta recently. Reno Hunter looks good as well. I'll be trying both for sure.
I'm not sure how the Warlock Quest will work in a Singleton Deck but I'm trying it day one.
I'm actually really excited about this Expansion, more so than the last couple anyway. In fact, I haven't been this excited since the release of Un'Goro
Cocked, locked and ready to rock...
I think Zephyrs the Great is very similar to Kazakus, you get the answer most of the time to the board situation and Zephyrs can come in an earlier game. Only bad thing is an RNG, in case the three cards to choose didnt help you.
If he's not gonna see some play, at least he is an excellent design card that brings our hope to Hearthstone team making better card design, and he is also better than Whizbang, hot garbage card.
Reno Hunter was proven not to be that bad in the past so I'm hoping for a new, stronger version with both Branns and Zephyr.

My control reno priest works fine. I will try to add some new sou cards.
I bet Reno Mage will be the strongest of all with new expansion. Flame Ward and Tortollan Pilgrim looks promising. Maybe Renolock due to potential of Spiritsinger Umbra+Expired Merchant combo to have more Bloodreaver Gul'dan. However, that doesn't mean other 7 classes are bad. I suggest to try other classes, they are more fun to play as Highlander archetypes, I can assure you.
Thank you guys for all your answers! I think I will start with crafting Reno and Kazakus from Wild and Zephrys from Uldum and try it out as much as I can. I have been waiting for a push like that to start playing Wild after all these years with Standard.
Reno even lock looks sweet with zephyr
Anything can’t beat big priest or odd paladin can’t be played there. Reno lock would still be the strongest among the
Renolock is most definitely the strongest one available as of now*, but I'm now wondering what new card(s) could make it to the list, other than the obvious inclusion of Zephrys the Great. Mage has potential too. Singleton Hunter could be surprising, but it isn't a class that historically dominated the control approach ... And I haven't tried any Highlander Priest since Raza's nerf ... only time will tell if it can make a come back.
*Now would be a week prior the SoU release
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Renolock will gain a very strong card in the form of Zephrys the Great, i think it will be very good. Actually, renolock is always good, it's only a matter of if the meta is good enough to make him show on meta reports. And Zephrys is even too, so my EvenRenoMecha'Thun deck will surely play him :P
Reno mage will gain 2 powerfull cards, and both give the decks more versatily. I think it will be good.
Reno priest won't change that much, his core was nerfed too hard when they made Raza stupid. How I miss my old inspire value reno priest!
Reno Hunter has a very good card in Brann (in both Brann, actually), but I don't know if playing 2 King Krush will be enough to create a deck. For a control deck you have better options on a spell hunter or in any other build based on Deathstalker Rexxar. Actually, as the reno hunter can play the death knight, it will be a good control deck :/
Reno Paladin isn't good enough. Ok, you can play a reno aggro paladin because we in wild have enough cards to make a consistent highlander aggro deck. But why don't you play odd paladin and make it simpler? Paladin's hero power isn't even that bad for an aggro/midrange deck, Finley would have been stronger in other classes like warrior. I would have loved a neutral reno finley.
Reno Druid.... well, I don't know. I don't see it as a druid thing. I'm not able to judge this. Surely there will be a lot of listes, but I don't know if anything good will appear.
Reno paladin is stupid how do you build your deck with some random hero powers
Thanks a lot for your detailed analysis! Per your comment, is RenoEvenMechathun a thing? Last time I played Reno was when he was still in standard so I have no idea what type of Highlanders play in Wild, but this got me seriously interested! :)
LMage looks promising. It has lots of singleton cards right now with good variety
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.

It's a creation of mine, for what I know, and while I think it's stronger than it seems, I surely am not a good source for judging a deck of mine :P
However, it's very very very funny.
