I love brightwing <3 I want him in all my decks now, but more specifically I'm thinking maybe a dragon paladin but its not really worked before so 1 new card might not push it to be viable. I'll definitely try something with him though
This dragon is three mana and that alone is reason enough to play it in dragon decks.
Otherwise it's comparable to Madame Lazul, 3 mana 3/2 add a card to your hand. You're trading hand knowledge for the dragon tag, so I think Lazul is definitely stronger, but she is a class card unlike Brightwing so that's to be expected.
I'm pretty sure this sees play on the fringes of standard but won't make it to high level competition unless a dragon deck that needs an early game card becomes high tier.
Strong, but also fair at the same time. I could definitely see some mid-range dragon decks using this. If I could rate this, I would say, that this minion is a 3-star card and in some metas it could even reach 4 stars.
[edit] Dunno how relevant the following information would be, but since the little fella has an odd-cost, it could fit in some odd control dragon warriors on theory. I don't think that it would be good enough to make the cut there, since odd warriors are better off running the quest, but I wanted to point this out.
Pretty decent. Technicaly it can be viewed as infinite value, although that is way too unreliable.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL) Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
I knew this day would come. Heroes of the Storm has led me to despise Brightwing as a character, meaning I'll have to decide if that hatred gets in the way of my interest in Dragon cards/decks here in Hearthstone.
Seems like a pretty good card. It's basically like a neutral dragon version of Messenger Raven, except the battlecry is a little worse and the dragon tag is better than the beast tag. Nothing super crazy or overpowered, but I like it.
Solid card that will definitely see play in some decks. Balanced stats, a battlecry that provides value, and a dragon tag to help with dragon synergies to boot. Cards like this are healthy for the game.

Messenger Raven already saw some play and didn't have much synergy with other cards. This deck fills the curve nicely for dragon classes that don't have access to (good) 3-drops. Decent card.
How good is a random legendary? Answer: not that good. We saw effects that generate random legendaries it depends on the pool you get to choose from but in standard that pool is quite mediocre as many legendaries, specially from rastakan, are very specialized and niche.
Dragon decks or might I say tribal decks might be looking for a certain mana cost of a certain tribe, just to fill the curve, currently nightmare amalgam can be played at 3 mana if people wanted.. But dragons are currently supported poorly compared to mechs.
This card won't see play until nightmare amalgam rotates or unless dragon decks really want more 3 cost dragons and are OK with running a below average one.
I don't imagine this creating any new archetypes right now, especially when Nightmare Amalgam is already a midrange dragon. I am happy to see a solid 3-mana dragon in Classic forever, though.
A man is lying on the street, some punks chopped off his head
A must-add to any Dragon or Battlecry oriented deck. Should also be relatively easy to acquire from a Classic pack for players that have been around a while as the game won't give us a duplicate Legendary if it can be avoided.
A new Legendary Neutral Minion, Brightwing, has been revealed!

I like the idea of this card and the art. I think as a dragon it will definitely see play in dragon synergized decks.
Chaos, Panic, and Disorder, My work here is done.
Welcome to the thunder-dome bitch!

One more tool for Dragon Paladin. Sadly, it still needs just a tad more support... but we are getting there...
Love it! It's not great but it's just the kind of card I'll try to force.

"I'm angered and you won't like this" :P
What's the most powerful card in Hearthstone?
A credit card.
Cheap neutral Dragon that doesn't rely on other Dragons to function. Seems like it would fit nicely into Menagerie Decks!
Oh yeah, these Forum Signatures are a thing.
Cute, fun. Probably ends there. Random legendaries are no longer a good thing. Dragon tag is something, I guess.

Slots so perfectly in a Dragon Shudderwock deck!
I make bad custom Hearthstone cards sometimes.
A three mana dragon was needed, and the battlecry is pretty random, but could be good.
3/5 A bit too random to be reliable but legendaries are mostly good in some situations

I am happy to see Brightwing finally make it to Hearthstone. Definitely random but also a dragon. I feel like we will see this around a lot.

(At first glance I thought it was a murloc, lol)

Two legendary’s for The dust of 1 🤓
She probably has her uses, and I'll definitely try her as a brightwing fan in HOTS.
Random legendaries aren't consistant enough though. Most of the time you'll get something without any exploitable synergy like Taz or Greenskin.
Absolutely love this card! Nice addition for Dragon Synergy and it gives you a legendary!
I think this will see play!
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
Am I the only one who thinks she should of been a neutral silence/ polymorph effect instead of a randomly legendary ?
Golden probably looks amazing , and I can't wait to see her voice entrance.
Will definitely making Dragon-Shark Rogue when this drops.
And Dragon-of-the-Dead Priest.

I would play this in my tempo rogue ... gonna be fun :P
They really should make it immune to spells\heropowers because it is a faerie dragon...

I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
No thanks!
I really don't like "add a random legendary minion"... It's far to much rnd for me.
1 - You can't plan around it.
2 - The difference between a legendary and a legendary can be HUGE! You could get a game ending card or just crap.
Random card generating needs some limitations imo. "Add a random 2-cost card" or "Add a random Hunter spell" are two good implementations.
Fits in nicely with my control shaman (shudderwock value) and dragon warrior

I like this card in my Shaman Dragon Battlecry deck. I really like the animation it does when played too. It is cool.
I don't like it. The effect is random, the artwork looks like a chameleon with wings.
It's a mediocre legendary I won't be too happy about to get it from the next brawl pack.
