This could end up being a very frustrating card. It will be hard to trade one for one if it comes down on curve and then having to deal with a divine shield after that just makes it extra frustrating.
Warrior seems to be the best class to be able to reliably activate frenzy effects. This one just adds to that ability. I expect some form of frenzy warrior to be a thing.
I'm expecting Rogue to be pretty good this expansion. They are getting lots of ways to be efficient with their mana and still have effective removal tools.
I don't know how I feel about the conditional effects requiring you to play a tribe the previous turn. We saw in the final reveal with the half murloc half elemental deck that it can draw poorly.
I like this secret, summoning water elementals is almost always good. Plus it fits well into supporting a mostly spell based mage deck. You obviously would need to generate a few minions to be attacked, but it can help to keep the cycle of minions going on board.
This is a pretty threatening top end finisher for Secret Paladin decks. Even just two secrets makes this a scaled up version of Dire Wolf Alpha. There is a slight downside in that you won't initially have any secrets to defend your board with (Oh My Yogg! being a critical one to combat AoE), but you will get some potential to defend it if the 3/3s are removed one by one.
Demon Hunter can now pull some deathrattles directly from deck, pull some from hand, and draw some into hand. I guess that covers all the avenues. Warlock has done that type of play with demons before and it seemed to work out. Someone will just need to find the optimum combination of deathrattles to target here. Maybe this is the deck that Baron Rivendare finds a home in.
I think this will need significant discounts in order for it to be run. Maybe you run this with the spell generation shell and put it alongside apotheosis.
I don't know if this makes the cut. Current DH builds want to go faster and I don't see the need for it in the deathrattle stuff that seems to be the new target.
I imagine Secret Paladin will run one copy of this for the sake of having five different secrets, and since that's what's been the case historically with Rat Trap and Hidden Wisdom. There is a lot of hidden value in having a secret that isn't easily triggered to activate your secret synergies like Sunreaver Spy and Northwatch Commander.
This feels like it should have been a priest card, but I'm glad it isn't. Luckily, with no tribe it looks like there won't be many ways to reliably generate extra copies of this.
A question not addressed by these guides that I'd like to see answered soon is how we should manage our quests in the days before Patch 20.0 (Thursday!) and March 30th. If I get my weekly quests on Monday, I should probably hold off on playing until launch or else all my XP will go towards the Darkmoon rewards track and not the Barrens rewards track. I might even want to bank four days of daily quests, no? Or will the weeklies refresh an extra time with the expansion launch? Also, I assume that if I'm between levels with ~1000XP that that will simply be lost with the track reset. None of this is a huge deal, but I'm sure there's a way to optimize our XP on expansion launch.
I suppose the extra durability can matter here, but only if there are enough weapon buffs to make you want to keep that same weapon. How does this compare, on average to the consistent damage you get from Self Sharpening Sword?
This will be an interesting card if zoo warlock becomes a thing. They already do some minion sacrifice, so this just becomes the logical choice. The only question is, can this be used in the burn your deck archetype that seems to be the focus for Warlock in this expansion?
A powerful effect to be sure, but this has severe anti-synergy with Death Speaker Blackthorn who wants you to keep Deathrattle minions in your deck. This also comes a bit too late after Razorboar and Razorfen Beastmaster as you want to draw the deathrattle minions for when they die. Honestly, I think that Vengeful Spirit has more of a chance to see play outside of Deathrattle DH in a future where there are powerful standalone deathrattles for DH or there is a combo that requires deathrattle minions.
Rokkar leans into the spell school mechanic and allow Druid and Shaman to activate their newly Legendary Guff Runetotem and Bru'kan. Note that ALL spells means that every spell you generate will become Nature spells.
Fungal Giant is the Giant mechanic + the theme of minion survive damage from the new set.
Scavenging Lasher took advantage of the new Poison archetype in Rogue.

@Ilphelkiir Spore Channeler seem way too good at 1 mana since it create insane swing turns for such cheap cost, especially since all of the Rogue Poison cost 2 or less. I think putting it at a 2 mana 3/2 / 2/3 is better compare to Radiant Elemental and Sorcerer Apprentice.
@cydonianknight: First version of the mushroom is way more interesting and flavorful. The second one don't even make much sense why it kill another minion.
@Demonxz95: Rosa seems way too expansive at 5 mana. Stealth Rogue isn't going to run her since it require them to not go face. I suggest knock her down to 4 mana. The Secret is the one that I would go for since it is very flavorful and interesting.
@linkblade91: Bramble Behemoth suck so much compare to Sword Eater
@anchorm4n: The card is way too specific and has the downside of completely being outclassed by Psychic Scream during the time of its printing.
New Neutral Minion - Darkspear Berserker
Overstatted, yes. Obvious downside, also yes. Good enough for the + to cancel out the -? I'm not sure.
New Neutral Minion - Sunwell Initiate
This could end up being a very frustrating card. It will be hard to trade one for one if it comes down on curve and then having to deal with a divine shield after that just makes it extra frustrating.
New Warrior Weapon - Outrider's Axe
This is basically three Hammer of Wraths spread over three turns for the price of one, not to mention how insane this is to curve into Doctor Krastinov or Mor'shan Elite.
New Neutral Minion - Lushwater Murcenary
Yay for more murlocs! Give me a chance to aggro up some Murloc Shaman!
New Warrior Minion - Whirling Combatant
Warrior seems to be the best class to be able to reliably activate frenzy effects. This one just adds to that ability. I expect some form of frenzy warrior to be a thing.
New Rogue Minion - Efficient Octo-bot
I'm expecting Rogue to be pretty good this expansion. They are getting lots of ways to be efficient with their mana and still have effective removal tools.
New Shaman Minion - Arid Stormer
I don't know how I feel about the conditional effects requiring you to play a tribe the previous turn. We saw in the final reveal with the half murloc half elemental deck that it can draw poorly.
New Mage Spell - Oasis Ally
I like this secret, summoning water elementals is almost always good. Plus it fits well into supporting a mostly spell based mage deck. You obviously would need to generate a few minions to be attacked, but it can help to keep the cycle of minions going on board.
New Paladin Minion - Cannonmaster Smythe
This is a pretty threatening top end finisher for Secret Paladin decks. Even just two secrets makes this a scaled up version of Dire Wolf Alpha. There is a slight downside in that you won't initially have any secrets to defend your board with (Oh My Yogg! being a critical one to combat AoE), but you will get some potential to defend it if the 3/3s are removed one by one.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Razorboar
More DH deathrattle support. I'm still not sold on it being enough.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Vengeful Spirit
Demon Hunter can now pull some deathrattles directly from deck, pull some from hand, and draw some into hand. I guess that covers all the avenues. Warlock has done that type of play with demons before and it seemed to work out. Someone will just need to find the optimum combination of deathrattles to target here. New Priest Spell - Power Word: Fortitude
I think this will need significant discounts in order for it to be run. Maybe you run this with the spell generation shell and put it alongside apotheosis.
New Priest Minion - Soothsayer's Caravan
Again, the caravan cards intrigue me. I like the idea behind them and I think they will have some niche applications out there.
New Hunter Minion - Warsong Wrangler
This would need to be run with something that you can generate multiple copies of in deck or on board. Is Wolpertinger good enough to target for this?
New Demon Hunter Spell - Vile Call
I don't know if this makes the cut. Current DH builds want to go faster and I don't see the need for it in the deathrattle stuff that seems to be the new target.
New Paladin Spell - Galloping Savior
I imagine Secret Paladin will run one copy of this for the sake of having five different secrets, and since that's what's been the case historically with Rat Trap and Hidden Wisdom. There is a lot of hidden value in having a secret that isn't easily triggered to activate your secret synergies like Sunreaver Spy and Northwatch Commander.
New Neutral Minion - Taurajo Brave
This feels like it should have been a priest card, but I'm glad it isn't. Luckily, with no tribe it looks like there won't be many ways to reliably generate extra copies of this.
New Druid Minion - Razormane Battleguard
Druid might just have a decent taunt build coming. I've not seen many people talking about it, but I think it could be a sleeper deck.
New Neutral Minion - Lushwater Scout
More good murloc synergy. I do want to make a murloc deck on day one.

Nice balance of good spell damage but not over powered for multiple turns.
