It'll probably be revealed somewhere within the next 2 weeks. Its called a mid expansion, so it can be reasonably expected to be released by end of this month latest.
Makes sense. Perhaps they will start giving us a little preview of the new cards soon. Or since it's only 35 maybe they will wait until a few days before the release of the cards to do a stream.
IMO nerfing the attack value would actually have an impact. With 4 attack you most likely just die receiving 4 damage face turn after turn while trying to keep the shaman's board empty. Lowering the attack value might just keep you alive long enough to regain control.
EDIT: not to mention Dread Corsair shenanigans as FrostyFeet pointed out.
The first nerf won't change anything, nightfall decks are not going to use Go Hard, they don't have the necessary draw power, and making it worse on turn one is hardly a problem since most Go Hard decks are control/Midrange.
The second one seems to be the most reasonable to me.
The third one is less a nerf and more of a rework, and it would make the card unplayable. I mean playing 3 underwhelming slow cards and drawing half you deck just to drain 6 is just not worth the investment.
So after month or so I´ve finally completed the Leaf Us Alone achievement. As I don´t own the Greybough, it was a huge challenge doing it in Duels. I was at 160 summons and was ready to give up, since everytime I was lucky to pull Greybough from bucket, I didn´t actually draw him or he was just instantly hexed/pollymorped/silenced most of the times.
But today I was super lucky picking 3! Greyboughs from my buckets along with Hadronox and the "summon second extra legendary" treasure. In my last game I was against a double deathrattle Hunter who was playing Feugen and Stalagg build. I was lucky to draw Greybough at the time he summoned first Thaddius. By the turn 8 he had full board of Thaddiuses against my full board of Greyboughs. When he realized there is no way he could win from that point, seeing I had lethal but didn´t attack him, he didn´t concede, but kept killing and resummoning my Greyboughs until I reached the achievement. I´ve thanked him and gave him the win ofc. I even friended him to thank him, but sadly he didn´t accept. So I´ve decided to share here with you my friends :)
Sorry for the wall and thanks for reading :) Happy happy :D
You guys remember when Shaman was absolute dog food trash tier? I do....
As a predominantly Wild player I don't have an issue with any of the Evolve Effects. Mind you, in Wild Evolve Shaman is kept easily in check.
But if I were to change anything it'd be how the Weapon works. Nerfing it's attack is pointless as you aren't playing Bogspine for the attack value but for the effect. Make it a Battle cry and Deathrattle alà Bloodrazor. That way the Shaman player has to work a little harder at keeping a Board.
EDIT: For some reason the way I used to add images doesn't work anymore, so I'll just post this imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/H2XIWEi
1. Add Nightfall restriction to Go Hard
With this nerf, Go Hard would be far more difficult to use and much worse on turn 1. It also opens up the card to being used in a Nightfall deck (the deck likely wouldn't be trying to get "Pack Your Bags"
2. Reduce Damage and/or increase cost of Pack Your Bags
This is the most likely nerf, and would make Go Hard worse against midrange decks. It also opens up more counterplay because if the opponent taps below 4 mana, you know they can't used Go Hard.
3. Change Pack your Bags to "Drain 6 from anything"
This is one of my personal favorite nerfs for the card because it removes the most frustrating part of Go Hard: the fact that it removes almost your entire board. By making Pack your Bags a single-target Decimate/Vengeance with healing attached, Midrange decks can suddenly do a lot better against Go Hard. This preserves the "finisher" aspect of the card while making it more fun to play against (similar to Jinx's rockets).
Imagine doing card nerfs with such lingering hate.. some decks u talked about are of course problematic but nerfing so much and so hard is admirable but mistaken

Darkmoon Mini Set
I don't think there is an announcement yet, but my guess is in 3 weeks along with their scheduled patch.
That time should also around the halfway point of the current expansion.
Darkmoon Mini Set
Anyone rumors yet about when the fabled Darkmoon mini set is likely to come out? Or at least when it’ll be revealed?
Hoping sometime soon we’ll get a reveal with a release in like 2 weeks, but who knows!

These are some pretty cool designs.
Especially the poro tower is cute and would not mind if these cards were actually playable cards for friendly matches.
Of cause they aren't viable but that is not the idea of them anyways

I wonder if we get our ticket back when the duels ratings are reset like Arena. I'm keeping an heroic duel at 7-2 just for the ticket :)
