Been playing a new standard version of the classic Freeze mage, and its catching a lot of people off guard. Win con is Naga>2x Pyroblast. Alex first if necessary. The new Flame Ward, the Arcane Flakmage, andAncient Mysteries are big helpers. As with the old Freeze Mage however, it's an instant concede against warrior.

Same, been playing a lot of enrage warrior too. Most warrior decks are too slow for my liking so getting that class to 500 wins will take the longest. This deck is a welcome change in that regard.

Unfortunately its winrate against control warrior is abysmal and I hate losing against that deck. Which is why I plan on trying out highlander hunter and quest paladin next weekend.

Frightened Flunky is a brilliant 2 drop in my Tempo/Taunt Warrior. So good, in fact, that I crafted two of them in Gold.

 I'm also loving Mogu Cultist as well. Currently playing a Wild Warlock that uses them, Glinda Crowskin, Emperor Thaurissan, Drakkari Enchanter and Dark Pact for a 40 damage to everything End Of Turn Effect. 

My favorite non-legendary is either Dune Sculptor or Flame Ward (Can't Choose, there both so good/fun!)

Well there are more than 1 i realy like but i guess right now one of my favourite non legendary cards is Sandhoof Waterbearer

I Like Priest and i think the card is pretty nice - and also i realy like the art :)

Well so far im still messing around with a variety of lists - Different Quest Decks, Highlander Variants and fun stuff like Big/Duel Paladin.

For the ladder i enjoy Zoo-Lock the most right now.

Playing a lot of Highlander mage with Reno and Zephrys and absolutely love it. Stuck on rank 15 now, but I'm quite casual (3-4 games a day max) and my deck isn't great (f2p), so I'm pretty sure you should be able to go beyond that. No idea whether it's viable for top tier or anything, but I definitely consider it to be a lot of fun!

This card is just straight up good. In any sort of Mage that runs freeze like Exodia or Mill, being able to freeze 2 big minions on your opponents board for 2 mana (or even better, their 1 big minion for 1 mana) is perfect stall.

I play a LOT of highlander quest mage, and here are my answers based on personal experience.

#1 "Is it Viable in Ladder": Yes it is, it might not be overpowered with enormous winrates or anything. It has plenty of bad/good matchups. Examples: Bad Matchup: Quest Rogue/Shaman. Good Matchup: Quest Druid

#2: Yeh. Bold Statement: I think this might be the most fun archetype to play in this expansion. Even when i lose i don't care because i had fun.

#3: Zephrys the Great is a must have for any highlander deck. It's that strong.

Reno the Relicologist is not a must have. I found that it's only strong in the situation where the opponent had 1 big minion sometimes something small. Other times multiple spells are better, and often Magic Dart Frog and Meteorologist outshine it. (From my experience) Also you can easely discover Reno from all kinds of mage cards.

Fortunately i don´t need to disenchant extras, since i pre-order and amass a great number of gold and already have a good safety net of dust. But if a do need to disenchant a few cards, i always go for the golden extras first and then the legendary dupes, usually i always disenchant golden epics first if i have 2 of the regular.

I do not press the mass disenchant button.

Ty, glad you liked it. But I still have a lot of work. I'm planning on adding more sections (like making the deck more competitive) and improving the story.
