That combo Priest list is way more viable that you might think - the ability to dig fast into your deck with Cleric of Scales (empowered by Raise Dead) looking for your key cards is very effective. If you're able to cycle enough, you'll find yourself to a point where all your draws will be impactful and potentially game winning.
As things are now (and therefore we don't take in account anything that may happen in the next week), this new skin will use the exact same line of Jaina Proudmoore

It is quite a sketchy moment for a report - we'll receive a balance patch in a few days and therefore a decent chunk of the meta will have to be figured out again.
We've never played the buffed versions of Archwitch Willow and Totem Goliath, so how can you imply that they're now very good? Goliath is one of the worst cards in Totem Shaman (5 mana card in an aggro decks that wants to snowball around turn 3/4) AND Willow doesn't even have enough support to make it into a deck.
Plus, the devs have said multiple times that they buff with a specific criteria - when a certain card looks underwhelming compared to their expectations, they just improve it. This doesn't mean that all cards should be at the same power level, neither that there shouldn't be bad cards.
I hope (reward wise) this won't be the seasonal event - in the end, if you don't want to spend money, you'll just get a single pack and maybe (not confirmed yet, but likely in my opinion) a run in the Brawliseum.
Seasonal rewards have been fading throughout the years, but this would be an all-time low.
For what regards the Forbidden Library event itself, I'm sooo excited to revisit each basic her's past - even if it's not canon, it will be very interesting to learn about their past and see how they used to look like.

In the Brawliseum yes since Witchwood, in the Heroic Brawliseum... well unfortuntately I've never had the chance to see it with my own eyes.
A rework would do as well.

We'll eventually get one of each basic heroes - I suspect they started with Jaina just because of the Scholomance flavor.
