I find the meta-based predictions questionable in concept here as these sets are designed a year in advance -- including the mini-set -- and cards aren't held back or pushed forward simply because of the meta (though, this being a digital game, they could just do that . . . but they don't).
While this is true, we should consider that last minute changes depending on how the pre-mini set meta is are always a possibility.
Remember when, back in Forged in the Barrens, Shaman was bad? Primal Dungeoneer was meant to have Frost synergy (kind of a teaser for what would come with Fractured in Alterac Valley), but they changed it into what it currently is to give Thrall something it desperately needs.
First of all, thanks for clicking on the article and taking your time to write this comment.
Secondly, what do you think we should have used as thumbnail? Everyone and their mother knows that Mage and Druid are overtuned right now, so picking those two arts seemed like quite the flavorful choice to us (we used them last week too, following Aleco’s teasing tweet).
Thirdly, the title is all but clickbait: “Hearthstone Balance Changes Are Finally Arriving - Patch Notes Coming Tomorrow!”.
Lastly, we even talk about Guff and Varden in the article, so…
Sorry for the absence, but things got in the way and I was unable to create content for the last few weeks. Although I still have some complications, I should be able to keep up the normal schedule from now on!
I actually thought about this for a while: I ultimately went with "discard" because it gives the idea of you (momentarily or definitively) losing resources from your hand, but I agree that it's extremely debatable.
I am glad someone finds these guides useful, so I am more than okay with writing them :)
It goes without being said that all kinds of feedback (expressed in a civil way, of course) are more than welcome: if you all think you have a tip, a strategy or something else that I forgot to mention and that you deem worth the spot on the guide, do not be afraid to comment it or to DM me!

Thanks!
In the end, if I know I/someone else did nothing wrong, I feel like defending my own/someone else's work is the least I can do.
Funny thing is that people initially complained that Deathborne was nerfed from 5 to 6 mana during development lol

Nice point!
For real? The achievement's text says "minions", so I am quite surprised about this!

Passive Treasures Chosen
Fixed!
For real? I am yet to complete Primordial Soup, so I am going to try it out myself - thanks for pointing this out!
Right?? It's unexpectedly successful!
Whoops - misplay on my part! It is fixed now :)
I like Handless! I will discuss it with the rest of the stuff and see what they think about this.
Thanks for pointing this out!

More than 3 years have passed, but we do not forget.
You can run Mailbox Dancer to get a coin and then on turn 10 go Brann Bronzebeard into The Coin into Kel'Thuzad, the Inevitable.
Sure, you have to keep that coin in hand for a lot, but at least you won't have to spend 1600 dust - seems like a good deal to me!
;)

Added the Brewmasters - thanks for the tip!
