I don't know why but I just felt like none of these really stuck with me so I just made multiple cards.

I made most of these cards thinking that you could still run most of these cards with minions in your deck but also have enough incentive to run no minions.

No Man's Land is my try at a balance between Overgrowth and Nourish but I feel like the card's flawed since it's hard to use.

Harvest the Weak is a card that I thought of for No Minion Warlock since Warlocks probably would die along the way if they had no minions, and it still feels alright to play when you run minions in your deck.

Last Stand and Meditation feel too weak for me because they don't give a reason to run no minions in the deck. I was mainly just thinking of flavor for those two.

I'm liking No Man's Land mainly because I think it's balanced and has good flavor.

Demonxz95 - The card is pretty good in terms of flavor and balance but it feels like a card that doesn't push Shamans to run 0 minions in the deck.

DavnanKillder - Lithomancy's Forge feels like it has one too many lines of text while it does almost nothing. This is card is relatively weak as well since you can't really determine when you draw your weapon and in the late game it won't do anything. My suggestion is probably making it a card that uses a weapon in hand to gain armor and then if you have no minions you just cast Reckless Flurry.

Nature's Channeling needs to be clarified a bit as Wailor said, I'm not sure what it does with Fandral Staghelm. Also, it's potentially really strong. I remember when Oasis Surger was really good and this seems to be in that power level, maybe a bit better since you don't have to play it on an awkward turn and just cast it turn 1 with Lightning Bloom.

linkblade91 - Thanks for clarifying that you can use minions. I was planning to make a Paladin Legendary minion that is based on the Silver Hand Recruit as well but I refrained after seeing the overlap and your card is miles better than what I had intended to make. My only fear with the card is that you could play this in Even Paladin but honestly, I wouldn't even be sure how that would work.

anchorm4n - Light the Fuses! is really strong even as a base card. I suggest toning it down a bit.

I'm not a fan of Staff of Souls since it's a Legendary and your entire deck depends on it and even then it could still fail miserably, so it's a bit weak. Probably up the price and make it so that casting spells will summon random demons of the same cost.

clawz161 - Not sure how I feel about having a building as a Legendary minion like Blackhowl Gunspire, I think it's ok? Though your card does have problems. The first one is the wording of your cards, Recruitment Office should read "If your deck has no other minions, transform your Hero Power into Conscription." and Conscription should read that it summons a random minion. Secondly, it's a Mech for some reason. It shouldn't be a Mech since it's a building. Balancewise, I think Conscription is a bit too random for me to say it's strong but consistent enough to make me think it's playable. Can't say for sure if it's strong or weak but I like it a lot.

Quick question, are minions with this effect allowed? If it's a Legendary minion and the only minion you run, it works right?

I mean... since when was Dungeon Run ever balanced? Some strategies have always been clearly better than others while others need much more specific treasures to get going. It's pretty much impossible to make it balanced and they're only making it worse by adding new things to the mode to keep it fresh. The only reason why Dungeon Runs is fun is because you don't get to experience the absolute bullshit you are doing to the AI like getting infinity'd or using the most OP treasures in the game which immediately swings the game heavily in your favor. Also because the opponents you fight are never the same thing twice in a row so each independent run doesn't feel stale.

For a custom Legends of Runeterra card, this does not look bad at all. Most custom cards I've seen in the past have always been really awkward in terms of design. This one seems really well done. It brings the flavor of Poppy tackling an enemy using her E and stunning them. The translation of her abilities into cards seems very clear to me too so overall your cards are really well done imo. I like that you made Flash from MtG in LoR and gave it to Poppy and I believe that it should be a new keyword entirely. I could see it appearing in LoR especially since Galio could use the same keyword as well.

A couple of things you do need to clarify, your Iron Ambassador should be Poppy's Iron Ambassador but I understand what you meant by it so it doesn't matter much. Poppy herself is a bit confusing and this is what I mean by it's probably better by making a new keyword for her. I don't really understand what you mean by Fast speed and blocking an enemy as there's no such thing. There are only burst speed blockers and the closest thing to it is Concussive Palm which is a fast speed stun spell that summons a unit but the Tail of the Dragon it summons isn't able to block.

Poppy herself from a balance perspective is interesting and I would say she is a bit strong but that's about it. My worries are the design flaws it does have.

    - First off, it's a stun in Demacia. This is probably fine as Champions are very well known for breaking region identities and it is interesting as you could have Demacia Yasuo.

    - Secondly, this is a card the disincentivize attacking. The developers had said that they don't like the current iteration of Tahm Soraka because the deck makes it so that you don't want to attack into their units as they will have responses to your attacks and even if your attacks do get through unless you're a burn/aggro deck it probably won't matter much.

Overall, I really like the cards you made. I think all of them are very well balanced and great in showing what Poppy does in LoL.

    I'll one-up that 7 mana 4/4 with an 8 mana 5/5.

I know that breaks the class rule, but it had to be done.

Since it breaks the class rule, I'll pick another 7 mana 4/4 that works in your stead.

    Barrens Stablehand.

Edit: This one breaks the tribe rule though.

Go to the Hearthstone cards section and go to the Expansion filter and scroll all the way down.

I hardly played MtG and since it has only 4 clues I would have assumed it was the hardest but it took me about a minute to complete all the clues in total. The clues are just surprisingly straightforward for that one.

    • Considers Targon's Peak to be balanced. Internally, they balanced it around the worst case of cheating out Aurelion Sol.

I just wanted to highlight this quote since I realized that they didn't think about Feel The Rush because they planned this expansion in advance of the KDA card releases so they balanced this card before they thought about Feel The Rush.

Yeah so pretty much everyone agrees my first version of the card is too complex and hard to balance. I think I'll just submit my second version immediately now since there aren't any changes that I can give the card.

    Feedback:

    Show Spoiler

linkblade91: Pretty decent flavor imo and overall the card isn't too complex. My only issue is that it's pretty RNG since the Ice Pillar freezes random minions and can even hit itself. Not only that, some classes aren't able to deal with it so they might just instalose the moment it comes down. My suggestion would be to change Ice Pillar so it hits only other friendly minions and then make it so that it has an easier time dying as maybe a 0/3 or 0/4.

Wailor: Honestly, I was about to bring a card like Frostbitten Raider but I just couldn't find the right art for it so I decided against it. Ghost of Winterveil Past is pretty solid as well though I prefer it if it is Neutral rather than Rogue because the effect seems par for other Neutral Epics like Mischief Maker or Drakkari Trickster. Personally, I'd go with Frostbitten Raider since its effect is more interesting as it has no counterpart in the game.

Demonxz95: It should be illegal to reuse really good cards like this lmao. Gift Wrapper is also a pretty good card, it's not as good as Ice Sculptor but it has solid flavor and balance.

BloodMeFist: I think Festive Crusader is pretty weak and could be a 1/5 if you plan to make it a Battlecry effect. Honestly, I'd preferred if it was a Deathrattle effect so you could have an easier time making the second part of the text matter, in which case it should be a 1/1 or a 1/2. Flavorwise it's a bit weak but I don't have too much suggestions for you. You could probably rename it into something like Mysterious Champion or something along those lines.

anchorm4n: I don't think I have an issue with Christmas Tree aside from the fact that it is called Christmas Tree and that it doesn't really look like one. My suggestion is to either change the art or the name. Balancewise I think it's better if you use the Rare version because I think the Epic version could be really hard to deal with and it incentivizes your opponent to trigger your secrets even more and that's already bad but they also have a 2/5 to deal with. It could steamroll pretty quickly. My suggestion for the Epic one is to change it so that it's a round start effect instead or make it a 2/3.

DestroyeR: Flavorwise it's pretty good but the card needs better clarification as to how it works. Like by giving it back does it mean that it will return to the deck or to their hand? Also, the card could also be similar to Carnivorous Cube where it just has a Deathrattle instead to return the cards. It makes it more interesting imo but maybe it's too strong with Shadowstep effects.

DavnanKillder: Disguised Saboteur is a bit unplayable since it requires too many things to be playable. You could honestly buff it so it triggers whenever a minion is summoned so you still have a combo potential or just make it deal 3 damage and give it less attack and more health. Nixue is good, no changes from me.

KANSAS: Spectral Tiger is really solid, I think that card is really flavorful and balanced so I don't think I can think of anything wrong with it. Maybe make it Rare but it's just as fine as an Epic.

FieselFitz: The card has design issues that I can't really grasp how balanced it is. Honestly, the card is fine if it summons a Water Elemental for you only but it'd be boring that way.

The left version is the original version but I thought of it becoming very clunky and hard to balance so I opted for the one on the right which is much simpler but I think the flavor is not as strong. I wanted to originally give this card to Mage but honestly, since it is just Frost Nova but you need minions instead, it feels more like a Freeze Shaman card. Since it is in Shaman I'm not sure if 2 mana is the right price anymore but I think it's fair.

I've had this and I'm pretty sure this is just a bug where the guy in 1st place was a DC but for some reason, they still show their health so they are always in 1st since they have like 30 HP and above. So in your last fight, there are only 2 and not 3 people remaining. Technically you're in 1st place but the game doesn't register it as so.

Also, this is why if you fight someone early on and for some reason, they are registered as a KT but still have Health, that person is going to be the 1st place ghost. I'm not sure if this can make it so there are 2 or more in the same lobby but I hope that that isn't the case.

Honestly if you really want to go all in with bounce effects why not try Monastery of Hirana? It's better than trying to use Dawn and Dusk in that case. Also since this deck really wants to copy Teemos, this seems more like a combo deck than I initially thought. If so then I suggest trying to use Counterfeit Copies because it's more Mana efficient.

There's already a deck like this in the past when Elusives were still really prominent. My suggestion would be to cut Parade Electrorig entirely as you're not as dependent on it. Run Suit Up! because it's a pretty good combat trick when you pair it up with Teemo or any other unit.

Maybe run a bit more 1 drop like Navori Bladescout so your Kinkou Wayfinder is better.

Shadowshift and Recall is a bit too unplayable imo, at least Shadowshift is. If you want cards to protect your Teemos I suggest just running Deny and NopeifyBADCARDNAME.

If you're having issues surviving, I can suggest running Concussive Palm because it's one of Ionia's best cards but I don't really think you should worry too much about life total when you're already running Tasty Faefolk.

You could also maybe run Lulu if you want your Teemos to get more value from attacking, don't mind trying to level up the Lulu.

Also cut down a bit on Stand United and Dawn and Dusk because getting them early just bricks your hand entirely so I suggest running 1 copy of Stand United only if you still want to run it and 2 Dawn and Dusk instead of 3.

That's about all I can really give my advice for. I suggest that you try out these changes and decide whether or not the card is worth keeping. Also make sure that just because you want to include it, don't make it an instant 3 of. For example, I think if you plan on running Navori Bladescout you can run 2 instead of 3 just so you can hit Teemo more often.

    Good luck.

No clue if it's true or if there's even a source, but I heard there's going to be no card balances until late January? I'm not entirely certain where they got it from but I heard Swim talking about it.

At first, I thought this card would be pretty bad but after thinking about it for a bit this card could actually discard Trundle's Ice Pillar which could be pretty huge. So at the very least, this card could be an interesting tech card.

As far as cheap Champions go, these cards are typically going to be flexible. Like Teemo or Elise for example. The fact that this card does have Elusive means that it could also make an Elusive archetype going towards Targon with the same idea they did with Teemo and Kinkou Wayfinder. I think it's a bit early to judge her power but I'm more inclined to believe she's a meme more than good.
