"With the Classic Set joining the Legacy Set in Wild, all Classic cards and their Golden versions will now be craftable and disenchantable. Basic cards and their Golden versions will be granted to all players that have Wild unlocked for free at rotation, as will the normal versions of Demon Hunter Initiate cards (Golden Demon Hunter Initiate cards will still be craftable and disenchantable)."
So basically they're giving the Golden Basics to everyone (regardless of your class levels), I highly doubt they would be disenchantable because of that. Not to mention that Celestalon already confirmed that the rotating Basic cards will remain Free rarity (i.e. like they are right now) so they won't have a dust cost associated with them.
Weird, we definitely had it made for it already. Either a misclick had removed it at some point or we actually never added it, but it's there now anyway.
That's how it's supposed to function (and it does so with Doomcaller), but with Zai the buffs are applied twice. E.g. in Mark's video he copied a 16/16 C'Thun with Brann on board, the first copy was a 26/26 and the second (which was a copy of the first copy) was a 36/36. That, I would imagine, is not intended.
That definitely sounds unintuitive but likely. Sivir's wording doesn't suggest that she would grant the keywords to allies rather than it being an aura effect. I think I had attacking lvl 2 Sivir die in my test matches and every unit attacking after her lost the keywords; something to consider when deciding the order of attackers.
I had to take a look at my HSReplay recordings (match 1 and 2), they would suggest that 3-mana spells cost 1...probably. It was hard to follow the cost reductions. And it may have been Rhonin's Scrying Orb instead since sometimes 3-mana stuff costs 0 and sometimes it doesn't.
Visit the card pages of the answers and you should get a small pop-up on the upper right corner to tell you that you were correct, as well as a small green checkmark next to the clue on this page.
The droprates should be independent of each other. Based on the transactions on my shop window, I've been getting them in pretty much 1:1 ratio today so at least I haven't noticed any issues with the coexistence of the systems.
Should you notice any weird behavior that can't be explained with the magic of RNG or hitting your daily cap for either currency, let us know and we'll investigate further.
You can still buy headers and forum titles with the Securi you earn, but if neither are your thing they will be converted into Gold after the event (just like your unused Tuskaroons). No way to convert it during the site event.
It's an older card. You can try to find clues from our lore guides (Shurima coming soon, but answer found in already published ones) or just try to think where to start searching for the source of the celestial powers of the Disc.
The scaling effect seems decently strong, but I'm just not convinced that a 1-mana stat stick is a good topdeck later in the game and it might be diluting the primary game plan of the deck, whatever it might be. Not to mention that Hunters are notorious for their lack of draw.
And playing a 10+ Attack (if not more) Sunscale Raptor is going to be a Hunter achievement, isn't it.
Bit on the expensive side for a tech card so most likely will only be used in combo/anti-combo decks. Lot of people have been experimenting with it, it'll be interesting to see if any strong decks emerge after rotation and Barrens launch.
Definitely a Priest/Paladin dual class card disguised as Neutral. My first impression is that it probably won't end up seeing much play, but the statline isn't bad at all and if it stays on the board for a while, the effect can get really annoying - assuming that there will be enough playable Holy spells, that is.

That's probably the reason why it comes with Rally.

It's a special 15-card deck that consists of non-collectible, powerful cards. Based on what I've seen, it always has the following:
Since I did a similar threads for the Spirit Blossom and K/DA events I'm just gonna continue the tradition. Hopefully someone will find this useful.
List of regular Runeterra daily quests can be found here.
Repeatable Quest (3 Sun Discs)
Event Questline (5 or 6 Sun Discs)
Special Quests (4 or 6 Sun Discs)
Seems like there will be one special questline every week.

I didn't remember that a collectible card with the same name exists :D I meant the REAL Plaguebringer.

I've definitely faced Overload Shaman with Plaguebringer AND Khadgar's Scrying Orb twice during the same run. Chaos Storm was definitely a card in those matches.

There's a bug where you can open Maiev (the hero skin) as an epic card in these packs, and they are therefore disabled for now (Celestalon's tweet).
Whatever the game, I'm constantly hitting the deckslot cap so I approve this change. 20 more is pretty nice.

I would've picked this in arena for sure. It's an ok two drop on curve, and better top deck later in the game than most 2-cost cards.
